REBEL YELLO! Bottled Cooler - tribute to his alcoholism/dissolute ways after he resigned from his position of commodore, before he became a lieutenant for the EI Co.
Bandages - He got attacked by Bootstrap, didn't he? o:
Blue Elegant clothes - As a lieutenant, he wore blue trimmed with gold, so
voila.
