Personality: Jack Harper is a happy go-lucky kind of guy and should never be taken too seriously. He usually pops some kind of Joke or sarcastice remark here and there. He is known to be somewhat of a hopeless romance, but who's to blame him?
Power/Description: Jack has the ability to control and manipulate Ice and snow. For instance, he can form ice anywhere there is moisture as long as he makes the surroundings colder as well. (Ex. Ice swords, freeze people, etc.)
Greatest Strength: Jack has the ability to freeze the whole world and send it to the next Ice age. Although he does not know that he can do this or how he does it for that matter, others should beware of his power's dangerous habits.
Greatest Weakness: If temperature reaches over 90 degrees he becomes extremely weak, Fire, and if he exerts too much pressure on his ability he could send the whole world into the next Ice Age.
Biography: Edmund Harper and Rose Harper gave birth to a remarkable child, Jackson Steel Harper. With extremely blond hair and vibrant green eyes, Jack was already extraordinary. He was born in the city of cities, London. He was raised and nurtured with care from his parents and other relatives. Jack had a normal American childhood, until he turned 13. August 27th 1999, Jack's 9th Birthday, his parents sat him down and told him a dark secret. Both his father and mother had certain abilities they could preform. His father could run at the speed of light and his mother could lift any object with her mind, telekinesis. Jack was awestruck by this and could not believe this, he quickly asked them if he had powers. They assured him that be probably contained some kind of ability. Jack waited and waited for this 'ability' to turn on. Jack turned 15 and there was no sign of it. He could not take the stress any longer and screamed at his parents. That night, whilst he was screaming, something happened. The ground under and around Jack's feet began to freeze with frost. Snow began to whirl in through the windows in the middle of that August in 2001. He reached out and before he knew it he was being slowly froze. The ice slithering up his legs and past his waist. He could not stop it. His emotions were mixed, both happy that he had a power and frightened that this very ability was killing him. He fell to the floor, murmuring help. His dad freaked and picked him up, thinking of the first place that could help his boy. He thought of one single place, Primatech paper company. He nodded to his wife and sped out, just seconds later he arrived a big corporate building in the middle of the city, it was still snowing and Jack was frozen solid, windows began to crack on the surrounding buildings of the cold. His dad rushed in and left Jack there, to be fixed. His father left him and his mother left him. After that, Jack never saw them again. After Jack turned stable he was sent to a boarding school in London, safe and solidified, with the company keeping a close eye on him. Now Jack is 22, closely watched, and ordinary in everyone else's eyes. He keeps his powers hidden, hoping someday he would meet someone like himself...
