....yeah...uh...alto sax is my 5th interment and i'm 1st chair in the school right now for it so every one thinks i know every thing which i don't but how do you get the stuff off the mouth peice....? confused some one told me to put in lemon juice.... gonk

is the mouth piece made of metal or plastic? if plastic I've used Peroxide on mine.

Um, you wash it?
And what is the stuff? I mean, I play clarinet and trombone, and it's pretty basic that any mouth peice needs to be washed eventually.
Dish soap usually works just fine, you know.
