It was strange... Today was the first time Kucha would ever go out on his own. He'd learned a lot from his mother and grandmother. Fear didn't drive his body like it used to. It was just the fear of being alone now. He'd conquer that fear and travel the world if he could. Meet a nice girl a settle down. He was to young, he thought, to think about females. He was still practically a fawn himself!
Black eyes traveled each direction. Which way did he wish to go... Aha! This one. He wandered towards the direction of the sun... For now anyways. It was time to leave his mother; find his own way in the world. Going... Hopefully, in this direction would help him accomplish just that...

 "Wongo! I'm big enough to go play on my own, nothing's going to happen to me." The little klippy sighed exasperated with her adoptive father. He was so protective over her! The male hyena stared down at her with his pink eyes contemplating if he could let her out of his sight. After a minute he sighed and nodded. "Fine, but don't go too far! And be back by sundown or else you're going to be stuck to my side until you're grown." Azizi rolled her eyes with a grin, she loved the old hyena even if he was a bit overprotective. "I promise I'll be back soon." She rubbed her head against the hyena's leg before turning and running off.
She was free and it was wonderful! She had never been out on her own before, as long as she could remember Wongo had been by her side. It was exhilarating to be independent, even just for a couple hours. After about ten minutes of frolicking through the grass she started to get bored. Sighing she sat down looking around. "This being out on my own bit isn't as exciting as I thought. There's no one to play with without Wongo." Her ears flickered, wondering what she would do now.

The darker colored male made his way through grass and such before spotting a... young female. That was strange. He tilted his head as a wild dog would. He picked up some habits from his mother, who's brothers were raised by dogs. They were strange habits... He shook his head to clear his thoughts before looking back up at the young female. Kucha gave a small smile. He remembered being so young...
Black eyes stared for a bit before making his way towards the fawn, who was now sitting. "Ah... Hello," He said in slight nervousness. He was never good around others until after they've talked for a while... Oh well. It was a good place to start. How else would he come to be... socially acceptable?

Azizi jumped up at the sound of someone else's voice. Her blue eyes widened as she stared at the other Klipspringer in awe. She had never seen another one of her own kind, especially not one that had horns. The little fawn blinked up at him in surprise for a couple moments before she could speak.
"Why do you have horns?" She couldn't help herself, she was curious. Her dad didn't have any horns, albeit he was a hyena, but Azizi didn't think about that. Her little tail flicked behind her, excited to meet someone new. A thought came to her and she grinned up at him. "Will you be my friend?"

Kucha watched her eyes widen in a faint amusement. He watched her for a moment... Before she asked a question that is. Why did he have horns? "All male 'springers have horns," He said with a smile. "Females don't though..." He tilted his head with slightly. It was the second time he'd heard that question in his short life.
"Will you be my friend?"
Such an innocent question brought a smile to Kucha's face. "Of course I'll be your friend," he answered back.

"Ooooh," The answer was so simple it made her giggle. She imagined Wongo with horns and her giggles increased. It took her a couple seconds to calm herself before she could smile up at the male klippy. "I'd probably look funny with horns."
When he agreed to be her friend she jumped in excitement. Her happiness showed in her eyes and came through her voice. "Yay! My name's Azizi'johari, I've never met anyone who looks like me before, you're my first friend. Well, other than Wongo, but he doesn't count cause he's my dad." The little purple and pink fawn was positively humming with energy. "What's your name?" To Azizi it wasn't odd at all that she didn't know her new friend's name.

Indeed, the female would look strange with horns. He gave a small chuckle as he pictured it. He shook his head. "Maybe," was the only thing he said in reply, though he gave a quirked smile.
"Nice to meet you, Azizi'Johari," Kucha told the fawn sincerely. Her name was a mouthful. Kucha tilted his head a bit to the other side. He wondered why she didn't know male klipspringers had horns. Then again, her father probably wasn't a prey beast either. It wasn't strange to see other creatures take in klipspringers. After all, his uncles had be...
"Oh, I'm called Kucha," the male gave a nod after he said his name.

Kucha That was her first friend's name! She'd remember it forever she just knew it. Grinning she looked around the Savannah and then back to Kucha. She wondered if he liked to play, well that was a silly question- everyone loved to play! She giggled at her thoughts prancing around in a happy little circle before she lifted her blue eyes back to Kucha's deep purple ones.
"Do you wanna play a game, Kucha? I know lots of games, like tag and hide-and-seek! and and and..." She trailed off trying to remember what other games she knew, for the life of her nothing else came to mind. She frowned she had to know more games then just two! After a couple moments she gave up and sighed. "Well, I can't think of any others, do you know any fun games?" She smiled up at him, still overly excited to have made a friend.

"Sure, lets play a game!" He didn't know many... He knew Tag, really. And Racing. "We could race... I know tag," he threw out there. He didn't really play much when he was younger. Curiosity was more his thing. He explored... Close to his mother, but he did.

Azizi grinned when he agreed to play, usually she had to pester and annoy Wongo until he agreed to play with her. Her new friend was much more fun! Her tail twitching she thought about it a moment, what did she want to play? She did like tag a lot, yeah tag was fun.
With a mischievous smile she bounded forward and butted Kucha in the chest with her head, it wasn't a hard butt at all. More like a nudge really. "You're it!" Laughing she turned and ran away, blue eyes glancing behind her to see if her bigger friend followed.

Kucha laughed. "That's not fair!" He raced after her, with a grin on his face. He could have caught her right of the bat if he tried, but he kept pace, only speeding up a little to get right on her tail.

Azizi laughed at Kucha's words and just continued to run, she knew that he would most likely catch her, but still tag was a fun game. She sprang over a couple small rocks, a grin on her face. "C'mon, try 'n catch me Kucha!

(( I didnt mean to let this go so long without a reply. I'm so sorry ;~; ))
The male klipspringer sped up a little, and tagged the young girl with his hoove before saying "You're it~" and starting away at a slow pace, enough that she would be able to catch him.
