According to Gaiapedia:
Peyo is the young red-headed son of Ruby, a shopkeeper on the Isle de Gambino who runs the Gambino Hat Rack. Peyo aspires to one day run a store himself, but currently he runs the Trash Exchange, turning trash into little paper hats.
Little else is known about Peyo, besides that he likes the ducky hat, looks up to The Masque, and that the Skull Helmet scares him. His father is unknown, although speculated to be Ian or Johnny K. Gambino.
I can't believe it is either of those guys.

Liam seems a bit young for Ruby. I can't see Edmund leaving her alone with a kid. I mean, it sounds like even Logan and Agatha co-parented, if unhappily.
Liam seems younger than Ian. Ian is younger than Edmund and Johnny. I think Gino is just a little younger than Liam. Maybe whats-his-name the package guy is in their age range.
