If you want to be crew there are a few things you have to answer and do first.

1) Why do you want to be crew?

2) As a crew member what are you going to do for the guild?

3) How can we see the results?

2) try to get people to talk without the rps

1) i like the guild and want to be a part of it and help it grow

2) anything i can.. like invite ppl.. promote activity .. stuff like that

3) you will.

~The truth, I want to see what's in the subforums that I'm not authorized to view.

2) As a crew member what are you going to do for the guild?

~I can recruit more members to join the guild. And since I'm on gaia often (and I have my own laptop now :3), I can help out on the moderator panel.

3) How can we see the results?

~More members, more activity, more fun I guess.

1) Why do you want to be crew?
I would like to help get this guild more members, but not just more, more active members. This is probably the only guild I am even a little bit active in.
2) As a crew member what are you going to do for the guild?
Try and help on the artistic sides of things and get members to be more active.
3) How can we see the results?
More activity like higher post counts etc and hopefully more ascetically appealing things around to make potential members want to join.
