Autumn blent in with the fall leaves and she rolled humming to herself. She had escaped from other encountes and she was having fun but now want company. Autumn's eyes scanned the land and she giggled.

Vincent was wandering around again trying to find a decent home in the vast wilderness of the North. He just found a spot near one of the borders that wasn't quite so cold and actually had some trees. He was walking through the fallen leaves when he bumped into someone else. "Hey!" He said growling and studying the new wolf. It was a female and she was brown blending in with the leaves and trees quite well.

Autumn yelped not expecting to get bumped into. She backed up from the growled male and looke kinda shocked some one had made it over to were she was. She blinked feeling like he should say sorry and shook getting all of the mess off her pelt. " Hello...." She said camly back at him.

Vincent looked at the female with narrowed eyes. There was no way he was saying sorry to her! It wasn't his fault that he couldn't see her; she blended in way too much. "You really should play some place else.... You know a spot where people passing by can see you so they don't run into you." He said in a 'I'm trying to be superior to you' kind of voice.

" Well what would be the point of that?!" She snapped back. She flicked her tail a bit threw the leaves. He was as stubborn as her. She already had planned to try to be superior an now he was being snappy. This would not work for her. She of course liked this kind of company.

Vincent stared at her with a bored expression. "They point would be so no one gets hurt because of you, you dummy." He said getting hit with the leaves, "Oh... well that's mature. Throwing leaves at others." He shook himself to get the leaves off.

" Do I look mature?" She growled. she flipped her coat " and plus I would I feed if I did not blend in... just because you look like a mutt and don't blend it doesn't mean I shouldn't 'camoflauge' " She said hoping not to hurt him too much.

Vincent just stared at her trying not to laugh at her first comment. "You look like your a teen.... so that means you should be maturing.... unless you're some kind of freakish pup." He said. He froze at her last comment. After a moment his fur bristled and he began to growl. "You best take that back." He growled.

"I don't take back the truth!" She barked. She was only growling lightly and her fur was starting to bristle. Some more leaves from the upper trees fell on her one right on her fore head.

Vincent was furious at that. He lunged forward and snapped at one of her legs. "Take it BACK!" He shouted. He hated those who made fun of him because of his coloring.

The adolscent made a 'yip' noise out of pain when he bit her nd she mostly jumped all the way until she ran into a tree. She did not talk try to lick her wond. " I take it back.... She mumbled also a bit scared of the male.

Vincent settled down when she said she took it back. "Good. I hate it when others say things like that. I mean how would you feel if you were told you were a mutt just because you look different." He said sitting down.

She shrugged a bit telling that he had settled down. She then said " I kinda know how you feel... me blending in with the leaves... but its not as bad as being a.... urhh... called a mutt"

Vincent's eyes narrowed as the female almost slipped and called him a mutt again. "Yeah but blending in with the leaves is a good thing." He said, "I'm Vincent by the way."

Autumn gave him a curous look. He had seemed like it was a bad thing and it was good. " Autumn..." She said simply giving a slight smile.
