I'm going to a costume party at the end of the month, and i'm dressing as Anita. I have my outfit and such all planned out, but i need some assistance on the scar makeup that I'm going to have to use. I'm going to stick with early-ish anita to make this part relatively easy. most of her scars are on the left, correct? I'm pretty certain on the cross and the maul-marks on her collarbone, anything else prominent I can't remember, as its been a long time since I read the first books. Anybody have anything glaring that i've missed?

Her scars are the following:
* A cross-shaped burn is on her left forearm comes from some human vampire slaves trying.
* On the same arm is a mound of scar tissue at the bend of her elbow where Valentine tore it to pieces.
* Another human servant/slave shoved a stake in her back.
* Her collarbone has also been mangled by Valentine, the bone snapped and then the skin ravaged.
* She has a small knife scar on her right forearm from where she sliced it to help Zachary.
*She also has a bullet hole from where Cicely shot her.
* A shapeshifting leopard opened up her left arm and there are claw marks. The aforementioned cross-shaped burn is now a little crooked.
* Magnus Bouvier cut her left arm, but when Anita made a sarcastic remark, he cut her right one as well, deeper, from shoulder almost to her elbow.

Ok, since I'm going for a roughly "Guilty Pleasures" Anita, that means I'll be doing the first four. I got my supplies yesterday, and the party is next Saturday. I'll make sure to take a ton of pictures to share!

Okay I am more then interested to see what this turns out I think my husband is going as Jean Cluade....he has the same body type and everything....but then he is black so the hair will be hard lol. I am going as ....well I dont know.

This is my first attempt with serious special effect makeup, but so far my expiriments with the scar putty look really realistic... the latex appliances are the one thing I'm concerned about getting attached right and not looking like they were glued on. We shall see!

hehe i went last year to a book relese as a female JC smile its was goon, i have gregory on a leash to, saddly my frilly lace shirt ripped under the arm that night after getting caught on something v_v
i have done anita a few time, but never had to show the scarrage as its all under the leather jacket and shirt and pants ect.....
