Very Familiar Scarf

I'm sure we've all read the latest announcement and saw the Kong Sang Scarf; torn at the end, a teal-ish blue (on the avatar), very long...hell it looks like a counterpart to the Chyaku Norris Scarf. But does it seem familiar to you?

I like HALF of it, only the area that covers the mouth turns me off.

I like the scarf. The shading has to be one of the best jobs the MC artist has done in a while. And by having a unique color, it prevents me from using overused colors and items that aren't that original
