2 EGGS
1 BAG OF COLESLAW MIX (VEGGIES NO SAUCE)
APPROX 20 BEAN SPROUTS (OPTIONAL)
1 POUND GROUND BEEF
1 POUND GROUND PORK
PERFERED AMOUNT OF LEMON PEPPER
PERFERED AMOUNT OF GARLIC SALT
BROWN THE GROUND BEEF AND PORK IN A LARGE SKILLET, ONCE THE IS DONE PLACE THE VEGGIES IN WITH THE MEAT. LET EVERTHING SIMMER AROUND FOR ABOUT ADDING THE LEMON PEPPER AND GARLIC SALT TO IT. ONCE THE EVERYTHING IS FINISHED PLACE IT IN THE FRIGE FOR A DAY.
ON THE NEXT DAY SEPERATE THE EGG ROLL WRAPPERS, MIX UP THE EGGS AND START PUTTING ABOUT 1 1/2 TBSP OF THE MEAT IN THE CENTER OF A SINGLE SHEET OF WRAPPING. FOLD TWO OPPOSITE END ABOUT A QUATER OF THE WAY IN AND ROLLTHE OTHER CORNERS ADDING SOME OF THE EGG TO THE LAST CORNER TO MAKE IT HOLD. THE DEEP FRYER WHICH SHOULD BE ON ABOUT 450 DEGREES F, SHOULD READY BY NOW AND READY FOR USE. PLACE ABOUT 3 OR 4 DEPENDING ON SIZE MAKE SURE THEY DONT STACK ON EACH OTHER. IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE 1 TO 2 MINUTES BUT DEPENDING ON HOW YOUR FRYER WORKS COULD TAKR MORE OR LESS THE MAIN POINT IS THE EGG ROLLS SHOULD BE A NICE GOLDEN BROWN. ENJOY!!!!
