She did that routine on MadTV. It was pretty funny. Yet disturbingly real..They do talk like that in nail salons..

It's so funny how she portrays the accent! Most of my family are salonists and my grandma was just here at my house asking my to make discount coupons for her shop.

Nice ! My mom used to cut hair, but stopped.
I think she said that she even wanted to learn how to do nails professionally,
