Yea, but Miama is looking good this year. And the Chargers lost to them too.
I have to say the Colts. They are in a tough Divison with the Titans, Jaguars, and Huston. The Titans are having a Great year, and the Jaguars can have a good year.

Colts or Patriots more likely to miss the playoffs? That's a tough one.
I'd have to say the Colts. Yes, they probably have the more explosive offense, but the Patriots are in an easier division. Peyton Manning is a veteran leader, but injuries have capsized their record. The Patriots' AFC East division has gotten much tougher from last season, but it is still manageable.
In other words, the Patriots have a better shot of winning the AFC East, than the Colts do of winning the AFC South. Also, a wild card spot will be tough, because the Broncos vs. Chargers, Dolphins vs. Jets vs. Bills vs. Patriots, and Titans vs. Jaguars vs. Colts all have potential contenders.
...I still say that both will make the playoffs, but only one will win their division.
