Well, a while back if you guys didnt know I went to the AtA with several questions. One of which was if there would be guild updates.
Well today I found something rather interesting. In the Captain control panel there is a option in the edit guild settings for "Broadcasts" and you can click Captain, vice captain, crew, members
So naturally who can send out a "broadcast" which most likely is a global announcement to the guild members such as a PM to the inbox.
Which I think is pretty darn cool. Maybe they are working on the guilds afterall :]

Oooh. So that's how they've been sending out the zeta announcements.
That's cool if you need to let everyone in your guild know something.
