Rath: C Sue: Father, are you well? Rath: That does not matter. What about you… are you well…? Sue: I’m fine but… what do you mean, “It doesn’t matter?” I’ve been worried about you… I didn’t think that elixir would have been enough… it was only one… Rath: Do not place your concern upon me... you must focus on the task at hand... you are more important. Do you understand? Sue: I won’t believe that… all my tribe is important to me. Now… are you healed or not? Rath: …… Come. We should go. …. Keep close to me. Sue: Of course… I’ll follow your lead.

Alihi: Retired C Sue: You're a tactician... right? I've heard a lot of stories about you. Alihi: You could say that. I used to serve Lord Eliwood, Lord Hector, and Lady Lyn. Sue: Those three... my father speaks of them often. Alihi: Really? Wow! I wonder if he... remembers me too. Sue: He does. Whenever the subject comes to his journey with Lord Eliwood's company, he tells of a tactician who guided them without a single casualty. Alihi: ... Sue: He also said that after the final battle with Nergal, you disappered. What happened? Alihi: ... hm, that's another story in itself. Sue: Well, whenever you're ready...
B Sue: Alihi, you're back... it feels like it's been so long. How are you? Alihi: Ah, Sue, it's nice to see you again! I'm doing good. How about you? Sue: I'm fine... I guess. So, did you have a good time in Bern? Alihi: Mhm-hm! ... Oh! I remember. You wanted me to tell you why I left after battling Nergal, right? Would you like to hear that story now? Sue: Oh yes, I remember that too! Well, are you comfortable saying those details around me? Alihi: Why wouldn't I be? It's not like it's super dark or depressing... Well, I gave birth to a daughter before I met Lady Lyn. I didn't take her with me, though. It would have been too dangerous, so I gave her to my brother, because I knew that he'd take care of her... Sue: Why did you decide to go though, knowing you might leave them both... behind? You had that much faith in Lord Eliwood? Alihi: No, it's not that. It's just... I have a pull for battle. It's not bloodlust, just... I'm not sure. Leading people, having them trust their lives to me, and being successful... It was too irresistible. Sue: Ah, I see. I know what that is... those in my tribe call it 'fate.' It was destiny you meet him and all the others.. including Father. Had it not been for your skills, I might not be here. Alihi: I see... It could be true... ...After the battle with Nergal, I realized how much I missed my family, and I went back home. And that's the end of that tale. Sue: It was... a nice story to hear, yes. Ah, Alihi! Our enemies approach. Give me your orders! Alihi: Ah! Yes! Let's go!

Rhys: Retired C Rhys: *cough cough* Is... someone there? Sue: ... Rhys: Sue, it's you! Sue: Rhys... I'm sorry. Rhys: What... for? Hold on. *disappears, retching is heard and then he comes back* ... now, what's wrong? Sue: You're... under the weather, aren't you? And, my crashing of the Host Club Party only made things worse. Rhys: But as a host, I'll have many more parties to make up for that one! Besides that.. being a host... it's the only thing I'll ever be the leader of. Sue: That's not true. If not for your voice, then our Resistance in the Halloween event would have never started. You were our call to arms. Rhys: You're too kind, giving me so much credit. But I guess I'll take your praise, if you really think I'm heroic...
B Sue: Rhys? There you are! It seems you're always busy nowadays... do you have any plans as to new Host Club events yet? I'd be happy to help. Rhys: Hello, Sue! Actually, we're in the process of planning the Host Club Christmas Party. It's easier than Halloween, since Madriana's not breathing down our necks, but... we're still pretty busy, since we're a bit short on available hands. Sue: Well, thanks to your staff, recovering from these injuries the morphs gave me has been a lot easier. Helping you out with events is the least I can do... you've saved my life after all. And you said you weren't heroic! Rhys: Heh... ah, I haven't done anything you wouldn't have done. It's just like with the former mercenary group I was in--we're a family. We look out for each other. But hey, Sue, you know... we in the Host Club have been thinking, and the decision was unanimous... would you be interested in joining us? We think you'd make a great natural type! Sue: What, me... a host? Oh, Rhys, I don't know? Do you think... I'd do a good job? I mean.. I'm a nomad... I thought you were all supposed to be elegant.. Rhys: Really, being elegant is always nice, but it's not like we're... adamant about it. We're a group of pretty people whose destiny it is to make other people feel pretty whenever we can! ...Plus I notice that you haven't given me a 'no' answer. Sue: Well, I feel like... maybe some of FEF's men... need a host? Well actually... I've never done this before... but... I think it would be neat to try... if it's acceptable. Rhys: Of course it is! I offered, didn't I? Now then... *Ahem* In the name of the Host Club King--that's me--I hereby confer upon thee the rank of 'FEF Host Club Host' and all the privileges that it conveys. Arise, Natural Archetype Sue! ...Well, you're already standing, but you get the idea. Sue: I am so honored to have this title... just as I truly am blessed by Father Sky and Mother Earth to have met you and the others in FEF... Milord Rhys. ...What? Oh no! Foes approach! Stay back, I'll handle them! Rhys: Foes? Aw, no. Well, don't be reckless! Come back to me if you need my assistance! Sue: I won’t be reckless… I must live if I am to protect you, Milord, along with the Host Club and the rest of FEF. Now, my steed, let us ride!

Valter: Retired C Sue: Ah, oh no! A shadow is just up above! I better take careful aim… Valter: Hmm... The weather sure is nice tod- What?! Arrows?! Sue: That voice... someone's up there? It sounds familiar... Hello? Valter: Oh... Sounds like... Sue?! Sue, what are you doing?! Sue: V-Valter! I'm sorry, but from down here... you looked like an enemy wyvern rider! The sun was blocking my field of vision. You just looked like a shadow. Valter: I... You... Fine! But... be more careful next time!" "... Well, I guess it was partially my fault. How about this. If I see you, I'll call out to you to make sure you know it's me. Sue: That would be good for both of us. We tend to... overlook things both on ground and in the air, it seems.
B Sue: Valter... is that you? You've been gone for a while... Valter: Hm? Oh, you... you're Sue! Yeah, I guess it has been quite a while. Sue: What's happened in the time we were apart, I wonder? It's been since December since we saw each other, hasn't it? Valter: I think you're right. December... It's been longer than I thought. Sue: I still haven't found word of my father yet. I'm worried... I think these terrible things sometimes. What if... we went through the Door, to Elibe? I've spent so much time searching, and he never turned up... Valter: Sue... I'm sure he hasn't left you forever. Rath is a great guy. He wouldn't just abandon you and everyone else with no intention of returning. Sue: How do you know? Have you ever... missed anyone before? Valter: Well... yes, I suppose I have. My mentor was the closest thing I ever had to a friend when I was young. I learned almost everything I know from that man. He was killed in battle, but had he disappeared like your father has, I'm convinced he would have come back. And... Well, believe it or not, when I met your father for the first time, the first thing I thought of was my mentor. So don't worry. He'll be back. Sue: I don't know why, but hearing that from you puts me at ease... thank you for listening as always, Valter. Valter: It was nothing. Hey, Sue, if you ever need anything else, I'll always be glad to help.

Canas: Retired C Canas: So now the evening sun shines fair on him, In Sacae as he goes up from the plains... Oh! Forgive me, I did not notice you standing there! Sue: You're... telling a story. You mentioned Sacae.... do you know one of my tribesman? Canas: Oh! I was just thinking of a passage from the Book titled, "The Silver Wolf of Sacae. Wait....Do I know you? Sue: The Silver Wolf... That's my grandpa! Dayan! Canas: Oh so you are the daughter of...! I see! So you are the daughter of Rath. My it has been some time. Sue: "Some time?" What do you mean? Were you one of Father's companions on his campaign with Lord Eliwood of Lycia? Canas: Oh yes! With the villainous Nergal! and those creepy Morphs. I remember back then. I went to Visit the Kutolah Tribe not long after. Heard that Rath had a daughter, and I brought My own son, Hugh. We almost got shot we did. Sue: Oh, my! Arrows were sent your way? It must have been those robes. Druids... they're known to turn out like that Shadow, Nergal... Canas: Yes. Lucky for us your father was nearby. He recognized us before we were ...ahem...physically damaged. Sue: Father's always able to speak the tribesman so easily... he's such a wonderful chief... I hope one day to be like him, and to have you speak stories of me, sir... Canas: But knowing him...Sue? Have you heard much about your father during that time when we fought with Nergal? Sue: I heard many things, yes... Canas: He always was a quiet man. How has he been? Sue: He's been well... Nothing's been wrong in particular. Canas: Well tell him hello for me. Lets talk again sometime. I need to get back to my studying. Sue: Yes... but.. if I don't know your name, how must I know who told him hello? Canas: Oh! Right! How rude. I am Canas. Sue: It's a pleasure to meet you.
B Canas: Miss Sue, may I ask for a moment of your time? Sue: ... certainly... I'm available. Canas: You said that one day, you wanted to be like your father. And certainly I see a part of you in him. Sue: Ah, yes... but... I'm not nearly as skilled as he is. Look at how many times Eyris became under seige under my watch! If he were here... Canas: Do not speak as such Miss Sue. I do not believe that your father would take kindly to hearing you say such things. Sue: But it's true! He left me to protect everyone, and countless times, I've failed! Even with my sacred bow... and the Orion's bolt... it's still... never enough. Canas: Sue...Do you really wish to be more like your father? Sue: He's... strong, isn't he? More suited to be Chief... I mean Crew than I ever will be. Canas: Sue, Listen well. Your people have pride. And none were more filled with pride then your father. He believed in himself. In who he was and what he stood for. Not only that, he did what he must. He never did wrong for he did only what he thought was right. Once you see this in yourself, then you will become more like he is. Sue: ... what do beliefs mean when your enemy is so much more powerful? Canas: To those of us that face overwhelming odds? Obstacles cannot crush you. Every obstacle yields to stern resolve. To be driven by external motives from the path which our heart approves, to give way to anything but conviction, to suffer the opinion of others to rule our choice and overpower our resolve is to submit to the enemy before you even try to achieve what people say cannot be done. Sue: But.. Canas! Remember them! The morphs! Leander! The Darkened Guard! The Heroes! That all happened on MY Watch. And I did nothing! Canas: I remember the morphs. I remember them at Dragons Gate. I remember Rath, standing tall and proud. No matter how many faced him, his destiny was before him. You too have a destiny Miss Sue. Your father believed in you. but it will come to nothing if you cannot believe in yourself. Sue: But... it's so hard when all these terrible things have happened while he was away. Why did he leave me here? I'm not... I don't have his experience. I couldn't stop a single one of them. Canas: You will learn. And as you forge your own path, the mistakes you have made will become your strength. Learn from them. Adapt and overcome. Do what you feel is needed, be yourself and keep the nomadic pride with you. No one can ask for anything else. Sue: Even if.. I couldn't stop them? Canas: Hmhm. I think that is enough for now. Think about it Miss Sue. When you find your own answer, come back and we can talk again. Sue: ....... Find... my own answer? That's not so easy.

Ninian: C Sue: You're... Nils's sister? I know him from the Host Club... Ninian: Yes, that's right. You are Miss Sue, correct? Sue: Yeah. If I remember, you were with Father... and Lord Eliwood. At least it's what the stories say. ... you're... a dancer? Ninian: Yes. My mother taught me how, a long time ago. Sue: Ah, I see... I've heard that like your brother's songs... your dances can restore our energy. Ninian: My dances are to honor life. With our power, they can also aid others. That is about the only thing I can do to help. Sue: Well, if you can't fight... I shall do it for you, the same as I do for Nils. Ninian: You would . . . you would protect someone like me? Despite what I am? Sue: You're part of our group.. my tribe. I'd use this bow against any of our... family's enemies. Ninian: Miss Sue . . . Are all Sacaen nomads this . . . kind? Lady Lyn, too . . . She protected us without question. I don't understand why you would do this for me. Sue: As I said... we look after our tribe. And... a lot of the things I learned... did come from Father. I'm not his clone but... I know he's right in a lot of respects, and he too raised his bow for the both of you. I will do the same and continue to for the rest of my days. Ninian: Miss Sue . . . thank you.
