The Mighty Olympian:
Zeus was the god of all gods and of thunder and lightning. He had many wives, sisters, brothers, and children. (Won't get too in depth with his history.) It was later on after seeing Aphrodite having her first human child without the help of mankind that inspired him to do the same thing.
However, he wanted this child to live a normal life among the humans and to be raised by a human family. The only thing that would connect this child to Zeus is the blood they share. He didn't want to get attached to this child either. However, he gave this child a single gift for the child when he/ she gets older.
It was days before Zeus had decided how he would create this human child of his. Different suggestions were passed around to him from many of the gods and goddesses of Olympia. Some ideas good. Some ideas bad.
It was over night he finally came up with a splendid way of having the child created. He would throw a single lightning bolt down to Earth. It would somewhere on land. After the whole world would have a momentarily blackout. The only light would come from the child that landed after the lightning bolt hit the land.
The child would be wrapped in green wrap with yellow trimmings. The gender was unknown to Zeus but he hoped and prayed a family would raise him/her and take care of him/her. The child would contain of some of Zeus' traits. They would be strong, brave, kind, fair, loyal, skilled, and powerful.
After carefully planning this birth of the human child, he returned to his role and watched over Olympia. However, there was times he wanted privacy and some time away. Even the god of gods needed a break.
So he created a second kingdom. Yes. A second kingdom. Not just for him to retreat and rest at but a place for his new child to rule over one day. He did not place a name on it however. He would leave the title up to the child when the time is right.
So when times were tough in Olympia, he'd go to the other kingdom for peace and tranquility. A place to rest for a while.
Zeus never disregarded his duties as the head god. Hera his main wife would be at his side helping him make decisions every now and then. She was saddened at the thought of not keeping this current child Zeus was going create. However, she cheered up when Zeus said that the child would return one day and rule over her kingdom.
The day of the child's birth would be a day of celebration for the Olympians. Cause that'll be the day that they'll be a worthy heir to take place of Zeus.
