These are the Name, Rank, Posts statastiks of the guild moderators!
I sugest that all the Vice Captain with lesser than 100 posts, shall get demoted!
And all the crew with lesser than 50 posts should get demoted!
This is real shocking statastiks to look at eek
sexygirl460 - Captain - 377 = Good
starfire954 - Vice Captain - 1 = Very bad
Sarcasticly_amazing - Vice Captain - 4 = Very bad
The Dung Master - Vice Captain - 377 = Very Good
Eronox - Crew - 115 = Good
DaZn_GoD -Crew - 8 = Very bad
delilahnikio- - Crew - 46 = A li'l bad
Sakura_Haruno of Kanoha - Crew - 0 = Very bad
Xx-byakuya kun-xX - Crew - 77 = It's ok

Hey man, you better watch it wink Don't tempt me 3nodding He's my second best friend and we have a long history together, so i know what he's capable of wink The reason for why i promoted him was because he couldn't get in this Guild after i invited him. Then the next day i found the problem to why he couldn't get in. Besides, i'm glad you can post 40 comments in 2 days, but you're only 13 and some of us have a life wink You still attend school, so you don't really have that much responsibility 3nodding
How are you even able to become a GM if you're don't consider things before opening that mouth of yours? xd
Remember, this is Sexy's Guild, it's her visions. I worked to gain her trust and i never crossed the line, that's why she's granted me a little authority. It takes time to get there where i am, so don't ask for promotions so frequently, it's a bad habit wink You have to stay humble and earn it. Don't sound like a "beggar", it's just not polite nor is it respectable. Well at least not for some.

I ain't begging stressed I think it's stupid that soo many non-ative people are moderators!!!!! Even with 4 posts!
And a newb is not a idiot, it's a starter! And 8 posts is only a starter statatik for his rank 3nodding
And i promoted dark_sunshin in redcross too 3nodding She's my best friend, and i promoted her because she earned her for promotion, not because she was my best friend!
And i know i ain't captain, but i have seen that this guild needs help 3nodding Soo it's my suggestion to clean the leaders!

lol well yeah, and things will change when the problem is dealt properly! Besides, remember, i WASN'T HERE FROM THE BEGINNING, so who and what with the moderators, will be dealt with after the transformation!
This is what you can do, after the "reborn" progress. Help clean up the Guild.
