Coming back Damon hoped Luna wasn't mad at him for leaving. He had gone off to think very seriously about things. Never had he felt for someone like he felt for Luna. She was beautiful, smart, strong, fast and just amazing overall. In such a short time he felt like he couldn't live without her by his side and even this walk left an empty feeling within him. Sighting his love Damon gulped and took a deep breath. "I really hope I don't make a fool of myself."

Luna was humming and was trying to catch a butterfly in her paws. It was true she was in love as of which she understood. She did not care that he had left she was daydreaming he was still there.

Cautiously coming closer Damon smiled as he watched his love play with a butterfly. She was so cute and just watching her jump, twist and turn made him get butterflies in his stomach. "Hello Luna." Smiling he forgot his worry or why he had left in the first place.

Luna did not sense him and toppled over " Wah!" She said. " Ohh Damon you scared me..." She mewed.

"Oh really?" wondering what she dreamed about that she wished would come true he was suddenly hit with what he had to do but had forgotten about. "Umm Luna I uh need to talk to you about uh something." Feeling his whole body shiver with nerves he hoped he could get waht he wanted to say out before he chickened out.

"No no! It's nothing like that! But it's along those lines." Deciding to just say it and stop acting like a wimp Damon blurted out. "Would you be my mate? I know we just met but I love you and I can't stand to be without you." Turning his head he waited for the rejection.

Hearing her answer he leaped with joy. "Yes! She said yes she said yes she said YES!" Tackling her he licked and nuzzled her neck over and over. "I'm so happy...." Feeling happiness take hold of his whole body he couldn't wipe the giant grin off his face.

Luna was suprised she was happy too and she was giggling her head off as she nuzzled him under his neck.

"Where shall we go now my love, my mate?" Since she was of a higher rank Damon would allow his love to take charge. He loved her and trusted her so he would follow her to the ends of the earth if she so wished it.
