Voting has started, please Click here to vote Tushynips, I hope this is OK, I thought I would start a Halloween contest, since nobody else has this year. Submit Your Avatar dressed up in your Halloween Resplendence. H A L L O W E E N A V A T A R C O NT E S T '08R U L E S1. Entry is Free, though donation's are greatly appreciated. Send your interest to me MOONGOYAL. I will then add your name and avatar to the Contestants Row.
2. NO mule entry's allowed!!!!!!! And entry avatar must be a member of the guild.
3. Be respectful.
4. No tektek... You must wear the actual items you own!!
5. Entry deadline is Oct. 22nd!!!!
6. Please keep it Halloween themed. I am not requiring Black and Orange, like in years past, but it should be an obvious Costume. If you want, you can add a 1-3 sentence explanation of your outfit. I will include it under your Avatar, in the voting post. I am hoping to get 10 people for this. But I will go with whatever I have by the entry date.
7. ABSOLUTELY NO CHEATING!
8. You will need to keep entry Avatar active on your bar from Oct 25th through the end of Voting (most likely Oct 30th). Because I will be copying that Avatar into the voting forum. So please do not change it during that period, as that may cause you to be disqualified. PRIZESThis contest is mostly for fun, and the ability to show your friends that you are specialer then them, because your costume is the bestest.
But I will be donating the following prizes. - Contest prizes may change if anyone else would like to donate anything.
First prize: NIGHTMARE BOX (donated by Faelove64 - Big thank you to her) & Jack's Grab Bag 2k7 (2 of 8 ) & 100 gold.
Second Prize: Magic Swamp Orb & 50 gold.
Third Prize: Long Blox, & 25 gold.

no. i just mean that you have to keep your entered avitar as your active look for the full duration of the contest. because i will be doing a copy of your avitar for the contest. not a screenshot
as for you Hal-hath-no-fury. dont worry about new stuff. its all in how you put it together. i would love for you to enter. heck what your wearing now looks fine.

Here's my entry! I don't own a lot of Orange/black items, so I made a costume instead. Description: This is Yuki-Onna, meaning Woman of Snow. Legends tell of an ice witch who found lost travelers in frozen cold snow storms and gave them the frosty kiss of death. This kiss sucks away their cold souls and leaves their bodies as frost coated corpses. If you are ever lost in the bitter cold, she may be the last thing you see, because let's be honest, by the time she finds you, your body has already grown numb from the cold.

Let me know if you post in the public forums so we can all bump it up biggrin I agree. much as i would like the nightmare box, i think you are correct on that. smile -- and that will be true for all the prizes. but luckly voting will be done by the general public. also. because the new event changes the way you look, i will not be a stickler if that changes. but please, do not change your costume durring the event. i know you are getting cool clothes, but i just dont have a place to host the pictures.
