Rain Curl crept close to the stream, her colourful curls falling forward as her head stretched far. Her light eyes looked down into the water and she stared at her reflection for a few moments before splashing the water lightly with a hoof. She toyed with the water for a few more minutes and then tossing her mane she walked away, beside the stream. She was not sure what to do today, there was no one at the teepee except her human and well it was hard to communicate with a human, if that wasn't obvious already. She sighed, she adored her human but there were days when she wished she had the courage to go off into the lands and see what all there was to see. She had heard so many stories from friends and she was jealous but Rain Curl knew she just couldn't leave her human. Rain Curl had been at that teepee for a long time and well it was home to her and journeying away from it made her nervous.
There were dangers out there, dangers that she could not defend herself against, and there was also the notion of what would happen if she got lost? How would she get out of such a sticky situation? No, it was best she stayed in the areas around her home, sure the landscape was pretty much all the same in this area but still it was most likely safer here than it was out there, in the rest of the lands. Rain Curl nodded, continuing her slow walk with her head partly down, not looking where she was going. She passed by some trees and then some grasses, the stream was continuing onwards in the same direction she was going. Rain Curl paused, looking up, still familiar and yet she was all right with spending an afternoon here. She took a quick drink of water before heading out into the grasses in search of something to occupy her time with. Perhaps she'd come across another animal or two, like last time she met Kadri and Kamran and that had been fun. Yes, there had to be something out here.
