since I'm fairly sure my dress I ordered from F+F won't be here in time for Halloween I needed another option for what to wear and settled for Guro lolita. I don't really know where to get accessories and need a white dress I can bloody up n.n
Any suggestions??

Dress I'm buying
I've considered another option, should I get a white dress for Guro loli at F+F if the quality of the dress I get is good and just be something random for Halloween??
Dress I'd get for Guro

The White Peacock has terrible quality!
You shouldn't order from them.

You were concerned about the time it'd take to make it, right?
I mean I think that dress is a little too good to muck up (or any decent Guro, unless you'd wear it again regularly)... But anyway, it was a good choice. Something simply, light and airy. Something simple and clean that way the bloodsplatters will contrast nicely. biggrin

yeah cause on the F=F site there was an announcement that anything ordered that's confirmed after today wouldn't make it in time for the 31st. >M< curse my procrastination!
It does look quite nice but I don't know. I might do some washout-able blood if it looks really good when I try it on. The blood would look nice though.

I'm not sure if they still do custom orders, but you can try to get a dress from Anna House, maybe? Or maybe since they don't have white dresses like that, it might not be such a good idea.
You can try the "cleaner" Gurololita, where you're not damaging the outfit, but your accessories show the same effect. I guess that'd be like, the "victim" gurololi, like if you were to wear a sling or a eyepatch or something of the sort. Say, you wear the dress you're getting, and you get a sling and you bloody it up with imitation blood and same thing for an eyepatch, and maybe torn stockings or something like that, it would look nice without damaging your dress.

To tell you the truth, I'm doing gurololi for halloween while my other loli friends and i wreak havok around the town. lol I'm just taking and using my regular clothes as long as they are white, and i'm just buying some bandage material to wrap myself up in. you don't quite need to add blood to do guro lolita. i mean, hell! i'm not gonna buy a dress only to mess it up! and i am definately not gonna mess up my regular clothing! XP lol and when i say regular, i consider all my lolita clothing to be a normal part of every day life and my wardrobe. this is why i chose to do gurololi. withought it, just wearing regular lolita, no one would even know that i'm "dressed up" lol. even though they think it's wierd, all my friends consider "that poofy stuff" normal for me. heh heh. sweatdrop

as long as there is little blood. A eye patch and sling is alright.
