2d art for comics *regardless on resolution blurb*
Over the years, my obsession with drawing has led me to
drink a lot of different "how to draw" books. A certain author I came across seemed to know a ton about his stuff *christopher hart* and others *except john buscema and stan lee <-writer..* seemed to be regurgitating the same stuff as everyone else, and confusing the reader even more than they already were..
*tangibles* christopher hart ->

A few things seemed to resurface more than others on a lot of the different literature that I came across *yeah.. I can't count how many different drawing books I took from the library each time I stopped over if I couldn't sit to read them*
First.. There was drawing characters..
Second.. Drawing scenes..
Third.. Perspective..
First:
As we all know *ok.. not all* usually there's a way you go about drawing characters.. you know, using guidelines? -If you're just starting out, it's great! The more you draw and seem to turn it into something personal, you start realizing how limiting they are.. and also HOW GENERIC!!
Second: Drawing scenes. Somewhere between when the author talks about perspective and comic composition, you'll get a few pages wasted on certain settings..
Third: Perspective.. This was a nightmare.. just when you think you understand it, try using it. Go on.. try!.. Only one book managed to explain this silly subject to me.. and surprisingly enough, it wasn't a huge book either.. maybe I needed someone to dumb things down for me..

guess which awesome book on this page taught me this trick.. ->highlight to see the answer ->
how to draw batman <-
It was soo simple! If all your characters are 7 heads tall.. draw one of them regular size.. if the character is two heads under the horizon line.. count the same number of heads for every character.. the further back, the smaller you draw them..
From this moment on, I just drew comics like crazy.
But just so you don't feel like I've turned your attentive viewership into a rant witnessing.. I'll give you a tutorial on this sometime.. but with a ball on the ground instead.. even if you don't know how to draw.. you'll definitely know perspective.. *lol.. even if you can't count to ten, you'll definitely learn multivariable calculus ~~* lol.. anyways.. -end of rant-
