Hello.☺ Welcome students. here, I will be teaching or helping you guys in doing pixel art. I will be posting a few base sites, tutorials and tips. So always be updated. smile
Rules.☺ 1.This is a tutoring center, subjects nonrelated to the subject being done is not encouraged here. 2.Please do not say/post any words that are offending. 3.Please do not stretch the page (although I sometimes do that) 4.Do not spam or advertise. You may always PM me about your shop and I can always just put it in a post. 5.Follow the Gaia ToS. 6.Follow all rules listed here.
Tutoring sessions.☺ Just post here when you're free and in need of help in pixel art or animating. Once I'm online I will reply ASAP about what you need help with.
Gone for a few days?.☺ We all have errands, homework and trips. If you will not be able to come its ok. Just say when you'll probably not attend ahead of time. Although I suggest you stopping by about 1-3 times a week. You are not pressured to come everyday but if you do show up and post something you need help with everyday then its fine with me.
Session announcements.☺ Here, I will put weekly announcements on sessions and etc.
10.20.08 Dear students, I would like to see how well you've been doing lately so I'm now requiring you to make and submit a pixel doll of anybody or even a group. Please submit it within the week or I'll just have to PM you instead if you don't. Remember, this is so I may see what you're improving in or maybe not, what you still need help with and more so please try your best and I'll be posting a tutorial made by me very soon.

Introduction To Pixel Art.☺ Pixel art is a form of digital art, created through the use of raster graphics software, where images are edited on the pixel level. Graphics in most old (or relatively limited) computer and video games, graphing calculator games, and many mobile phone games are mostly pixel art.
The basics.☺ First of all, you need to learn how to use MS paint. In making pixel art the following tools are usually used in MS paint:
1. Eraser tool - this allows you to erase a desired area or pixels 2. Pick color tool - this allows you to get the desired color and use it for usage of another tool to be used 3. Pencil tool - other than the line and curve tool, this is handy for drawing things 4. Line tool - this helps you make lines, diagonal, horizontal and vertical lines. 5. Fill color tool - use this to color a certain area 6. Magnifier - this makes it easier to make pixel art because zoomed out its hard to shade and draw what you wan. 7. Curve tool - helps you to make curved lines for hair, clothes, etc.
Whats Iso and non-Iso?.☺ Iso and non-Iso is Isometric and non-Isometric you'd prabably get confused by them in sites like deviantart so here is a little thing so you may understand it further.
Isometric -is a form of graphical projection—more specifically, an axonometric projection. It is a method of visually representing three-dimensional objects in two dimensions
Non-Isometric -opposite of Isometric XD

Hello there Emina! I am ready for some lessons. Oh yeah I forgot to tell you that I used a base from Kawaii Hannah. The trubles I am having are the following. 1. Adding Lights and Shadows. 2. Creating Clothes and Items. 3. Creating my own bases. (which I don't really want to do) 4. Line art with pixels.
I will update a new example of a very basic doll I made soon.

Just put 3 colors, one shade color, light and medium then use the smudge tool
