Greetings, fellow Guardians of Destiny, and welcome to the Roleplay sub-forum!
Now, I must remind you to respect your fellow Guardians and to follow all guild rules while roleplaying here, and also these specific rules listed below.
Feel free to create any roleplay in this forum. Kingdom Hearts preferrably, but we'll accept Final Fantasy, even vampire roleplays. Except Twilight. Those will die in fire and Holy Water.

I. Why, hello there ToS! Where've you been?
Needless to say, follow Gaia's Terms of Service. Do you need any further explaination? No? We're cool? Good.
II. watt do u mean lit?
Well... I mean literate. This is a literate guild and thus this is a literate sub-forum. That means that we don't want to see l33t, IM (sorry, but I'm tempted to roll my eyes right now), or actions in asterisks ["**"]. And please, use a spell-check if you're not sure of your spelling. Firefox comes with its own built in spellcheck; use it! If you don't run on Firefox, try using one of the many online spellcheckers, like spellcheck.net. We're going to understand if you're having a bad day with writer's block, but... don't expect to be kept long if a few one-liners are all you're going to do. [Different rules may apply to certain roleplays]
III. YOU'RE DEAD. GET THE HECK USED TO IT!
God-modding. Do not want. Not only does it warrant a sound a**-kicking, but everyone in the roleplay will hate you for it. At the same time, please remember to roleplay fairly and take a few hits. It's important to remember that we're all human here, and even the strongest character can leave one minute weak spot open for the tiniest amount of time. If you need confirmation, just look at the actual game series for a start...then the rest of what has even been published.
We have an angry Terra. Please do not make us unleash him upon you.
IV. Mary Sue, meet Gary Stu.
No one likes a Mary Sue. Mary Sues are irritating and suck the life from a roleplay. Taking some time to create a developed character will save you so much trouble in the long run, it's basically idiotic to even consider a Mary Sue in the first place.
*cough* Look at Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Series. They're all Sues/Stus.

Since real life is doubly as important as any Gaian roleplay, you won't be kicked out or attacked by a bunch of crazy people if you can't post for a week. But what would be appreciated, however, is some forewarning. Post a quick reminder in the if you're going to be gone for any long period of time; and by long, I mean two or more days.
Every roleplay is different, but I doubt anyone would like it if someone up and vanished on them. Simple courtesy, folks.
VI. You'll never believe what happened at school today! I-!
Please do not fill up the roleplay threads with unnecessary OOC speak. Once the roleplay sub-forum picks up, a seperate thread will be made for the purpose of out of character talking amongst roleplayers, among other things. Don't worry about a few small OOC comments about an in character post... just make sure to clarify the OOC by using symbols such as brackets, colons, or anything which can be generally recognized as OOC talk.
VII. KONNICHIWA! HOW ARE YOU TODAY, MI AMIGO?
...Er, yeah. Can we please not use multiple languages? We encourage you to use solid English, without randomly interjected Japanese (or any other language for that matter) phrases. I am not racist; hell, I love different cultures and languages, and am in no way against them, but it just seems very out of character when you think about the fact that none of the characters ever used random Japanese phrases in anything other than the Japanese version of the game...or any other language for that matter... And, since, y'know, that's kind of to be expected, there's not much of an argument here.
VIII. AXEL IS ONLY GAY FOR DEMYX.
Romance is something that happens in basically every roleplay. That's why this is such an important rule. Yuri, yaoi... I'm not quite fond of this, but...it's allowed. The thing is, though, it's not allowed just for the sake of being OMG SO COOL. If you're going to turn a character gay, please... give a valid reason as to why first. Doesn't matter what type of attraction...just as long as there is a reason!!! Also, sex is not allowed. It is definitely a part of rule number one. Kiss, hug, or cuddle all you want. Take the sex somewhere else. Please.

IX. There's not gonna be an end to this...!
Just because you read the rules once doesn't mean anyone is in the clear. As the roleplay progresses, there may be a possibility that, for the sake of the roleplay, that there might need to be adjustments to these rules. This includes adding or editing pre-existing rules. Don't worry. There will be an announcement in the announcements page (once it is created) when there is a change in these rules.
If you have any suggestions, PM them to me. On another note: dissing the rules or anyone in this roleplay earns you the boot.
X. Bored yet?
Now, if you were a good roleplayer, you will have read all the way through this list and are aware of the rules. If you were not a good roleplayer, and only skimmed through these rules and you start posting... Sorry, but there will be a few jokes.
