Motor Racer: That game blew my mind.. then I learned that there was motor racer 2 with a track editor and I drooled about getting it.. never quite did though.. Rage: Incoming: It was pretty.. 4laugh and it had TECHNO!! lol. -> check it out uh.. mute first <.<... >.>... there's no techno in the link.. x.x..

Wow! That was a great review. It remained positive towards the game but still efficiently pointed out its main flaws. I'm usually not the gamer type and even I was interested! 3nodding

Resident Evil 4
Amazingly enough the best game in the series has no zombies, but instead creepy infected Spaniar citizens that go from average day Jose to evil monks and deformed giants!
The game has expectacular views, from classic horror backgrounds of churchs and graveyards, dark lakes, foreing villages full of traps and hidden doors and futuristic facilities with creepy army soldiers.
The story is quite interesting too seen as how you play as Leon Keneddy the survivor of an entire zombie outbreak and now a secret agent for the US goverment who come to rescue the presidents daugther, sounds like Escape from New York the old movie!
The replay value is great collect more items which include precious gems and gold to upgrade your weapons and get some few unlockable goodies surprised
I give it a 10/10

Actually that Deadspace game looks sweet but the Fable 2.....oh.... crying If I only had an xbox 360.. crying crying crying crying crying crying crying crying http://www.gamestop.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?product_id=70785#Reviews Choices, consequences. The innovative gameplay pioneered in the original "Fable" provided gamers with a never-before-seen level of immersion in a truly interactive world. "Fable 2" expands upon the scope and depth of the Xbox classic by adding incredible new features and creating a wider, more complex kingdom of limitless choices and consequences. Players will have the option to play as a man or woman, get married, have children, and live a life of their own design. A land far, far away. Revisit the sprawling world of Albion more than 500 years after the events of the original "Fable," where you are free to explore the landscape and openly roam the countryside. For the right price every house, hut, dungeon and castle is for sale. Players can witness how the world grows and changes in response to their decisions in incredible and unique ways as they rediscover Albion as if for the first time. Fight with ease. "Fable 2" pioneers a new combat system designed to allow players to truly master hand weapons such as swords and maces, ranged combat weapons such as bows and guns, and an entirely new magic system. These three disciplines, while very accessible, are also amazingly deep, and allow players to mix combat styles and become everything from master swordsman to skilled ranger to evil magic wielder, utilizing a single button on the Xbox 360 controller. A hero's best friend. This groundbreaking addition to the game is integral to the theme of unconditional love in "Fable 2." The canine companion will act as friend, compass and protector. Players mustmerely feed their pooch and he will love unconditionally, creating a bond that sets up emotion-filled journeys all throughout this magical world. Experience the world together. For the first time in the "Fable" series, gamers can experience the expansive and immersive world of "Fable 2" with friends, utilizing the new and exciting Dynamic Co-op Mode, bringing the long-awaited multiplayer function to the world of "Fable 2." Xbox LIVE Arcade mini-games earn major cash. Carbonated Games has partnered with Lionhead Studios Ltd. to bring an unparalleled experience to gamers through Xbox LIVE Arcade. Gamers can start earning in-game currency for the "Fable 2" world later this year, before the game's release to retail, by downloading and completing exclusive mini-games, which will be available for download on Xbox LIVE Arcade and allow gamers to purchase weapons, armor and more for their hero.

Fable 2 makes me drool, but I'm trying to keep my expectations down, I had great fun with the first one but the hype made me think it was going to be much more then it was, I want to be pleasently suprised by the next one.
Despite the negative reviews, Silent Hill Homecoming was a worthy addition to the franchise, and has the best battle system by far. Get to work on Silent Hill 5 guys!

Let go back to the classics for this week, we have for everyone Final Fantasy 8 this one relay heavy on hard science fiction, hardly any magic, to the point its the only one of its kind for have a non MP system! Instead you stock up in magic and the limit its 100, you can also use something called junction which allows you to unit your magic with your attributes. For example if you put Tornado junction with Attack your attack would be wind, if you junction Earthquake to defends then you can absorbed earth element. Now for the real game.
It takes years into the future in unnamed land were infants are recruited into Gardens, a military service that also provides a home and security for jobs as its also a school/college/trying ground. Our main hero is an orphan who is also the son of the hero but who's mother die at birth and feel neglected, however he slowly start to feel that other people need his help at the point his father ask for a Sorcerers to use her power to send back the hero's consciousness through time to experience his father's adventure and lead him to a better future and the game goes on
10 out of 10 for being different and unique

I have a serious love/hate relationship with FF 8 for every great thing it does to me, it does two things horribly!
I loved the battle system, hated the draw system, loved how you could equip spells and summonings, hated how if you didn't have say 100 of so and so stocked you where screwed for this fight or that fight.
Loved the secrets and side quests you could do, hated the back tracking and/or secret out of teh way place on over world map you must play flute at just so...
Loved the card game, hated the card game progression. Loved the story...hated most of its execution (Laguna=lame) Loved the hero (at least he wasn't overly whiny like most ff protagonists and you had some control over his reactions) Hated the heroine (Quistis=cool and hot, Rinoa=SHOOT HER IN THE HEAD!)
So yeah...not nearly as bad as some say, not quite the masterpiece it could have been. Preffered FF IX myself... sweatdrop

Just finished trace memory for the ds. A quick 8 hour virtual book along the lines of hotel dusk:room 215. Marvelous. I love the fact that japan is coming out with these virtual stories for the ds, there are a few puzzles to solve but most of it is storyline. They really know how to draw you in to the story and the next thing you know you are babbling about it to your friends.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow My favorite Castlevania game ever! Why? Simple you don’t play with the classic “whip and bottle” mode, instead you use a wide variety of add-ons which come from the fact that the main character, Soma Cruz, is able to absorb souls and command their powers. You have three slots for each; power, skill and added effect. Which combine with your weapons, reaching from swords, axes, futuristic guns, throwing daggers and huge selection of armors and extra items makes the game WOW! Just amazing. The game is set in the year 2035, where Dracula has been defeated, and his powers are to be passed on to his reincarnation. The plot follows the adventures of Soma Cruz, a high school student who is granted powers as a result of Dracula's death, and his battle against those who wish to acquire Dracula's powers

Castlevania finally got 3D right with the PS2's Curse of Darkness, which is my favorite Castlevania besides The new one (order of Ecclesia) and of course Smyphony of the night...now when are they going to do another?
The Wii fighting game wasn't bad but I want fully 3D New Generation graphics glory here!
