New Rule: Clan modifiers must add up to a total sum of 3
and in the case of jutsus, they must have at least(more is better) 4 in each rank.
ok, so we are gona make alota clans up just for this guild, each clan has these things:
a main class focus, either Chakra for nin or Gin, or physical for Tai, this would also be the modifier.
+4~Amazingly skilled
+3~very good at
+2~well proficient
+1~has spent time perfecting
0~can do relatively well
-1~Slightly neglected
-2~rarely used
-3~has no talent what so ever
-4~imposable to do
village
history/back story
and anything else important, so i have all these ideas:

I'm not gonna go into any major detail, because i dont feel like typing all of it so here's a genreal idea for a clan
Alright these people have the ability to turn parts of there body into various blades. Like they could turn there fingers into knives. There pretty much controling metal on a bodily level.
so yeah do what you want with that one.

that seams good, it would be a Taijutsu clan, so modifier would prob be somthing like:
N:-1
G:-1
T:+3
and a background story helps flesh them out, also a moves list would be good XD
remember, this guild is organized by rank, so the jutsu have to have a rank as well.

i like the Disease things but not as a clan, maby have it as a branch of medical ninjutsu or something.
i really like the summoning thing, but i like animals more, maby a clan that has alot of animal related things, summons for sure but actual summons like regular ones, just many forms, and things like having natural animals help them is really good too.
the glass i dont know about, some jutsus makes sense but not a clan, cuz sand is not going to be something alot of people can use.

yeah that could work, but revert back to some more primal thing, not primal meaning animal, but clans that people will want to be in cuz there like ZOMG WTF THATS AMAZING!!
take some from my list and make them XD

the ice thing is good, but looks like a variant of hakus clan, i like it alot, but lets just add it to therm XD
