Actually, they could do a HELL of a lot more with the movie franchise if they'd just take a tip or two from the game franchise. Esp. Resident Evil 4 and 5, I fear things are going to go downhill in the frouth movie however, a shame because I liked the 1st and 3rd ones.
The only sequel I'm waiting for is the Batman one and that's not due until 2010 or 11, still that's not too long I guess... so long as its half as good as TDK.
I don't think we'll have a iron man sequel for a while, their working on Thor and Captain america and want to have an Avengers film in 2012 featuring all four. (Hulk, Iron man, Cap, and Thor)
Though I am looking forward to Wolverine, and that's kind of a sequel. Transformers 2 should also be good, but I'll be spoiled by Watchmen by then sweatdrop
I'd like them to do the Gunslinger movies, but I don't know if there's anybody with the vision for that story yet. Like Peter Jackson with Lord of the Rings or Zack Snyder with Watchmen it has to be a excellent production helmed by someone with a great passion for the work.
Other wise...please don't bother. talk2hand

I agree with you Sean if the person is not willing too put forward 100% in the making of such hardcore films then lets not even try otherwise your just going to kill the book and there nothing worse then fans of a movie who haven't read the book mad

i hate people who see the movie without reading the book, especially if it's a big awesome book. I saw LotR, wayyy after i read the three books(and the hobbit, ftw), and i was amazed at how ti was butchered.. Same thing with Eragon.. So much changed and/or cut out. it almost felt like a different movie..

The hobbit's been a movie like a million times, but you can't really see it as much of an action film, unfortunately. Theres maybe two big fights, and during one of them, the main character gets knocked out and you miss it!
And the last book of Eragon is getting split into two books, sinc eit's so big, and the book pisses me off sometimes. Et Tu Murtagh?
Narnia?! I HATED the first movie! It was soooo BORING!

Renton Noah how do you find Narnia boring? It was just plain Boring. I sat and watched it and like 80% of the movie is them running away, followed by them meeting big lion and getting ready for battle, then one very unexciting battle where the highlight is the one boy gets turned to stone, then it finishes with them as nobles. Kinda like LotR only with characters who only fight once, and the ring was already destroyed so they just pwn sauron.
