OK, I'm looking around, but if anyone knows it is banable by having an account and pretending to be someone else, lemme know and sit-reference to where it says it please. I found a couple of copy-cat furs that aren't who they say they are.

Someone was pretending to be someone else who was real. Someone was trying to be like Spunky (Jen Seng. Account on FA is Spunky). I reported them as they have the name AND a LOT of her artwork. It is an offence (in the ToS,#4, g (I think) says not to misuse information like that.). This is well past the stealing someone's pic and saying it's you. Taking someone's pic's and asuming full character? That's as close as you can get to identity theft as you can get o0

Oh, it's cool. I already noted to Spunky and been e-mailing her. I sent a report against the thief already, but in a few days, if the fake's account is still up, I'll send another one. I'm going to keep at it untill she gets banned. I'm just hoping my account doens't get banned (I'm using my Raikenfox account. Though, if that one gets banned, I DO loose a lot of neat items... I should prolly move them over on this one so I don't have the account die off X/ User Image
