OOC / Plot: Laharl and Etna have begun to scheme a plan to take over Waywards. Of course, we all know it won't -actually- happen but watching the chaos they shall cause is amusing enough. Laharl has insisted on finding himself vassals to service him and his cause, Etna, of course, being one of his first and most... "loyal"?
Who else will join them on their mad quest for power~?
----
Laharl had ended up following Adell by sheer coincidence. The other was talking to two waywards who were minding their own business for the most part. He awaited for the other to finish talking, or at least tried to wait until he cleared his throat. "Ahem."
Adell tensed slightly and pivoted on his heel swiftly. Once noticing who it was who stood before him, his eyes narrowed. "...Speak of the devil."
Laharl crossed his arms as Adell confronted him. Calling him the "devil" out of all names. Surely he had his demonic thoughts and intentions but he surely wasn't the "devil". After all that was just some fairy tale parents told their kid to scare them into being good. Or rather that's how Laharl saw the whole thing. A quick smirk flashed on the Prince's face as he stepped forwards towards his opposer. "Surely you wouldn't want to serve me, Adell. So why not run off an try to find your own group in attempts to stop me? That is if you think you can! Hahahahaha!" His annoying laughter filled the air in triumph.
"Tch..." Adell stepped back automatically. There were other Waywards around and he wasn't sure what they would do - get involved in this mess or just shrug their shoulders and walk off. He didn't really wish to start any wars or fighting... as much as he loved a good duel. This wasn't the place nor the time. "...Whatever." His reply was cold and distant and he stepped back again. 'I have to stop this before it gets too out of hand...' He thought to himself.

"Technically, the term is 'demon'...or 'demon prince,' in this case," Etna piped up over Laharl's shoulder. She grinned, hands on her knees and tail twitching, while still standing behind the prince.
Hey, let him get blasted instead of her if it came to that.
Things didn't seem to be heading that way, however. Ah well. Good strategy to remember for next time.
Still sitting on the ground nearby, Samantha paused, extinguishing the flame in her hand as she listened to the exchange. The Ninetales Wayward frowned, raising an eyebrow slightly. Even as a martial artist, it wasn't in her nature to go looking for trouble. It just seemed to find her that way.
However, on the other hand, she wasn't one to sit back and ignore bullies and thugs either. Calmly, she set the sketchbook aside, meaning to pick it up later to return to Sinopa, and stalked over slowly after brushing off her jeans.
"I'm sorry, boys. Do we have a little disagreement here? Something we can talk out like men, and not try to speak with our fists, like little boys?"
There was a calm, but dangerous thread in her voice. Her eyes shifted, as if already trying to size these two up; whether they'd be a threat. The girl...she looked familiar...if only a little. Maybe she'd seen her around before.

"No one asked you Etna..." Laharl snapped. The idea of being corrected didn't sit well with Demon Prince. Didn't matter who the correction was coming from, Laharl had the idea that what he said was right and that was that. Sure at times he was dead wrong and had to mask his pride in order to accept defeat but sometimes he was just too stubborn for his own good.
Adell turned to leave and sighed. "No, nothing's wrong." His reply was short as if he didn't want to get into explaining things even though more so he didn't want to involve others.

Etna waited 'til Laharl wasn't looking and stuck her tongue out. Spoiled little child...
However, her voice betrayed none of her true thoughts. "Just making sure this riff-raff gets it right, Prince!" she purred sweetly.Samantha raised an eyebrow...the whole lot of them were nutty. Wonderful. But even nuts could be dangerous. "Right...sure," she commented with a roll of her eyes. Like she believed that for a second. Still, she'd keep her eyes on these two to make sure they didn't start anything funny. Not while she was watching.Enter, more trouble...stage right. Just what a tense situation needs...an oblivious playboy.
Devlyn hadn't been expecting anyone to be around as it was normally pretty quiet at this time of day. And yet, what a wonderful surprise awaited him! Two lovely ladies! Oh, and a couple guys, but who cared about them?
Putting on his most winning smile, he slid over and draped an arm around each of the females' shoulders. "Why, hello there, my beauties! How about we ditch this snoozefest and go have a little fun...?"

Laharl shrugged and simply shook his head. Convinced wasn't the word for it. More like disappointed. "You could at least lie better Etna." A smirk tugged at his lips.
Adell was beginning to wonder exactly what he had gotten himself into upon coming here. There were various waywards popping up now and with Laharl in his "conquer all" mode it wasn't exactly the most comforting feeling. His train of thought though was all but interrupted upon a silver, spastic ball of fluff tackling him.
Frenzy's words were inaudible as he snuggled up to Adell who had a look of confusion and horror twisted on his face at the same time. It was the long tie that drew the cat con's attention and it was obvious upon him playing with it.
Adell flailed for a moment trying to get the other off. Such feats were impossible for him and he let out a groan. "Get off of me!"
Frenzy froze then narrowed his eyes. "Quite! Frenzy play with tie! You let Frenzy play with tie! Frenzy be happy! Then Frenzy leave!"
Isa was in charge of watching the spastic con, as she usually was due to Barricade's incapability of staying around the other for extremely long periods of time. She ran up and frowned. "Frenzy! Leave the poor man alone!" She rushed over to them and pulled the flailing con from Adell. "Oh my... My apologizes, I hope he didn't hurt you!"
