The Pig Latin has some issues razz "you" became "youhay" instead of "ouyay." Their algorithm doesn't account for y being both a vowel and a consonant, in short.
And I didn't realize Valley Girl was different from what one of my middle school English teachers called "Similean"...
"I haven't seen you in a long time! How are you?" became "I haven't seen you in a long time! Gag me with a pitchfork! How are you?"
It would definitely be: "Like, OOOOOH my God! I haven't seen you in SUCH a like, LONG. Time! Like, How ARRRRE youuuuuu?"
I've never heard anyone say "Gag me with a pitchfork", or "gag me with a spoon."

You've forgotten a couple "like"s, it seems:
"Like, OOOOOH my God! I, like, haven't, like, seen you in, like, SUCH a, like, LONG. Time! Like, How ARRRRE youuuuuu?"

I've never heard anyone that bad, but then again, I avoid frat parties. (@PiercedPixie2: I've taken to saying it a bit much, though not to such an extreme... It's what I get for hanging out with too many girls? I don't even know.)
