 Lloyd had wandered from his home in the Southern territory to the Neutral area. He was hoping to find some other wolves and make friends..... okay so that really wasn't his real reason. He was just out here trying to see if he could find his one weakness, puppies. He hadn't seen any where he lives and he missed playing with them.
Sighing Lloyd looked around at the scenery. It was a nice wooded area but without the heat of the south. "I wonder why there are no pups around." He mused to himself. He sat down near an old Oak tree and pondered this for awhile.

 Ferey and Ama wandered through the Neutral area. Ferey had wanted to come back to it's birthplace and Ama decided she would accompany her friend for lack of better things to do. Watching the white fox leap and bound this way and that a fanged smile came over her muzzle and a light laugh spilled forth. Suddenly she smelled the scent of another helix. Sniffing the air she realized that the helix was a low ranking male. ".....Ferey I'm going to go explore please keep out of trouble will you?" Watching the fox nod its head she trotted toward the male she'd smelled. It would be nice to have some company, hopefully he was kind.

Lloyd was still pondering when he caught sight of a white female walking towards him. He noticed that she was still young although she could not be considered a pup. He stood and swished his tail raising it slightly. "Hello." He called out taking a step forward.

Hearing his greeting she knew he was friendly. Although it could be an act she decided to take her chances. She was in the Neutral territory so it would be her own fault if she was attacked. "Hello yourself. How do you do?" Polite as always she went into a small bow. "My name is Lady Amalthya. And what may I inquire is your name?"

Lloyd smiled at Amalthya's bow and polite speech. "Greetings Lady Amalthya. I am Lloyd." He said bowing his head, "I am doing quite alright today. How is the Lady doing?" He studied the female and noticed the horn growing on her head. That was odd. He wondered why she had a horn growing out of her head.

"This lady is doing quite well thank you. Please call me Ama nothing as formal as Lady." Giving a small giggle she moved closer. "It is a pleasure to meet you Lloyd. What is a male like you doing in a place like this?"

Lloyd nodded. "As you wish Ama." He said smiling, "I'm merely visiting a neighboring territory. I was hoping to meet some pupp- er..... some other wolves." He gave Ama an embarrassed look seeing how he almost slipped and told her his weakness. "What brings a young lady like yourself here?" He asked flicking his tail to the side.

"Ferey wanted to come back to the birthplace and since I cannot say no to my little companion here I am." Flicking her tail she trotted closer to him. Sniffing him over she laughed. "You smell homey."

Lloyd tilted his head confused. "Ferey? Who is this companion you speak of?" He asked laughing when she sniffed him, "I smell homey? Well that is a new one for me..... but I suppose it makes sense. I have been around for awhile and I am quite good at being a caretaker."

"Oh I apologize. Ferey is always at my side so I just assume others know who I'm speaking of. Ferey is my little fox friend. Quite a dear and follows me around everywhere. Yes you smell homey. I don't know why you just do." Smiling she glanced at him. "You have an interesting name. Does it mean anything?"

Lloyd nodded. "It's quite alright." He said thinking about how she travels with a fox, "I assure you my name is no where near as interesting as yours. And Lloyd means grey." He chuckled a little while shaking his head. "It certainly doesn't fit me. I have no grey fur on me."

"True my name is quite strange but I think it fits for I'm the only helix with a horn. Grey? How bizarre!" Smiling she circled around him pretending to nose him and look for something. "Maybe there's gray on you somewhere. We just have to find it."

Lloyd laughed and nodded. "Well you certainly are unique. I haven't met any other helixes with a horn." He said turning his head so he could keep her in his sight, "And trust me. I've searched for grey on me but I found nothing." As she walked behind him, he flicked his tail so it would hit her lightly on the nose.

Feeling his tail flick her she rubbed her nose lightly. "What was that for?" It was odd. She had never been hit before. Even as lightly as this. Sure Ferey had bitten her to get her attention or to get her to see it's point but never hit. Then again she was much bigger then it so it really wasn't wise to hit something bigger and stronger then you.

Lloyd grinned at Ama and jumped away from her. He crouched down ready to spring. "That was for..... Hm..... Fun. A game you see. And now you are it." He explained. With that he darted off running through the trees. He looked behind to see if she was playing.
