Pesonally I think it went to soon. I wish it would continue until the movies, maybe a new threat should have been introduced or something along those lines. What kind of threat, maybe a spirit world invasion where all benders were needed to combat this new threat or something else to keep the cast alive at least.
I've actually put some thought into that. The way I figure it the destruction of the fire nation war machine would leave a pretty big power vaccume in its wake. Essentially I see a world with a few places of stability, the various capitals, surrounded by anarchy. I mean seriously, after 100 years of war there are third generation killers, power hungery generals, and ambitious leaders all over the place. People that cant survive in peace will do anything to disrupt it. Civil war, piracy, anarchists, and civil strife can run rampant in a world that is essentially run by teenagers. "Cry Havoc and let slip the dogs of war" has always been one of my favorite misquoted quotes and it often leads me to think very darkly about the aftermath of my favorite shows and books .
...But thats just me being cynical
biggrin , maybe it all turned out fine.
