Posting here not just to bring this topic back from the dead . . but to show that I have (yippeee!!) finally been able to find links to my favorite Turtle fics . . and I still want to know how they impact others. (I know how they've impacted me already! wink )
Delaney, I am now officially 3/4ths of the way through Chapter 2 of your fic "All I Ever Want", and I wish it was summer! gonk My fic-time has been severely hacked because of school stuff, and I hate that. (Reminder to self, more fic time next semester or Artue will go crazy!!!)

I 'spose I'll post the link to mine here too. My Fic Central It has the links to my TMNT fics, Hellboy fics and Nightcrawler fics. They range from PG (perhaps... I think so anyway) to NC-17, comedy, drama, action, smut... it's all there. *L* Leo-centric of course and yes they involve an OC.

Well . . even though I'm swamped with homework -- trust me, I'm a dutchess of procrastination! sweatdrop -- I made time to read 'Date" and "Closer" from off your Turtle fics list, Lady.
"Date" was cute -- really, your version (shall we say) of Leo is quite cute; at least at the beginning of it I could totally agree with all of his 'but I've never been on one' statements.
"Closer" was . . . whee oh boy did I literally end up looking like that little emoticon there! Still, it was nice. (Though perhaps I'm right smack dab in that 'but I've never done it' club . .) I mean it, though, since I do have one romance novel under my 'belt' -- so I've got something to compare it to -- and I can wholeheartedly say that I enjoyed your fic better.
Hopefully I'll have time, soon, to get to more of it. xd (btw, have you checked out any of the fics I've got links to up above yet? I recommend 'Hunger' and 'Dark Journeys' for Leo fans! wink )

I haven't read any of them yet but I'm slowly working on it. I've been reading through a fic Mystic sent me the link to, I don't have it on me though, it's at work. It's really good though.
And "Date" is probably... not my best fic. *L* It's definately not my best. Just a cute idea I wanted to get out. As for "Closer" well... it had to be done. xd

Leo's just damn difficult though. I think I probably do best with Raph but that's b/c I'm a sarcastic b***h so I understand him. xd My biggest issues though are Leo and Splinter. Not GOOD when Leo is the center of the majority of your fics. (Which is why I'm almost glad to be writing something currently that's mostly about Jesse.)

I find Leonardo very easy for me to write. Maybe because I'm so much like him it's almost scary. xd Here are a couple of links to some beautifully written stories. http://www.behindthemasks.com/greenwillow/fanfic.htmLady has this one. There are three stories in a series, starting with "Lia's Story" based on the comic book personalities of the TMNT, and all three are centered very heavily on Leonardo. This story arc here features several books. Yes, I said books. They are huge. It is based somewhat on the first TMNT movie. The story is beautifully written as well, and focuses on all the Turtles, but it's a little bit Raphael centric.
