With dark mocha skin tone and almond shaped eyes, her sapphire pupils stands out against the darkness she has eyebrows that have little points in the middle, it makes her seem devilish in appearance as if she is always up to something. Her face is heart shaped and she has a little tattoo behind her right ear that is a symbol of earth.
Elysion’s taste in clothing varies, though she tends to wear dark hues of blues, reds, greens, and blacks, she does have the occasional light colors and pastels. Her style often tends to be more of the punkish nature even though she is not. She is simply fascinated with the styles and combos she comes up with that are just similar to those styles and it tickles her fancy.
Though you would never see a skirt in her wardrobe and the lack of dresses are really because she doesn’t like the designs of the ones in Crystal Tokyo, plus she has a thing against looking ‘fragile’ as she likes to put it. However, between Setsuna and some of the others she was able to chose a few that met her tastes, but she denies having more than what she lets known. Her shoes are mostly black sneakers. On her neck, where the uniform started, was a slate blue brooch with the earth symbol on it and a strap of braided dark gold clothe runs from there to her other shoulder. Her hair is tied back with a black ribbon and a rose charm in the middle of the bow. She wears a black masquerade mask that covers her eyes with a golden bronze stone between the brows.
Weapon: Saber sword that is long over a foot or so of silver steel with a golden handle that wraps around her right hand. There is a blue slit between the gold pieces that glow softly when she energizes it. The weapon has no name really.

Her sailor collar is somewhat long, and is pale lavender, that is mid-back.
She has clear, almost fabric like straps hanging from her shoulders.
Two gold wrist bands, only one with the star motif on it. A similar star motif in the form of a charm hangs from her ears-there are three piercings.

Personality: On the outside, Elysion seems strong and confident- which is how she is half the time but she's stubborn about doing things her way and is hard to adapt someone else’s way of doing things. Being as she is head strong, she’s often a leader than a follower, which would most likely cause trouble for anyone trying to give her orders. However she's also very loving and loyal to her family; she would do anything for them. On the down side, she’s also a nervous person and has a tendency to chew on her braids or touch her hair more often then not. Her attitude towards people varies. Some times she’s warm and friendly and some times she’s cold and rude. She’s not very open person due to how she was brought up.

It had been a terrible storm then and many people died, except for him as he had washed up on the shores of the island with no memory. Her mother had taken care of him for months, strengthening his spirit and character- as well as developing a relationship with the man. Time came when he finally figured out whom he was and he had to leave the island and Kritra because he said he had a wife and family waiting for him.
Elysion’s mother had always told her that she had the same eyes as her father- Sapphire Blue eyes. Unknown to her mother, she also possessed the same psychic ability- Psychometry.
It was discovered when she was fifteen years old, that her father was really King Endymion of Earth. This surprised and shocked Elysion to the core. When she demanded why she was now being told of this, her mother had only said, “Be glad I didn’t wait til your sixteenth birthday.”
Her mother then launched into the story again, only filling in some parts. She learned that he didn’t remember much of anything that happened on the island. Her mother had said it was a small side effect for those not born on the island, therefore, he remembered little of his time there.
Wanting to get to know him more- for that was her deepest desire more than anything- Elysion begged her mother to borrow a boat and some money so she could go see him.
Kritra, her mother, concocted the story of Elysion in need of training. Elysion was then shipped off on one of the few merchant boats that stopped there, to the Chiba ports and journeyed all the way to Tokyo where the Crystal Palace was.
It wasn’t easy to get an audience with the king nor was it easy to convince him of who she really was; however she managed to do this. For a while, Elysion felt happy, even if she couldn’t really spend time with him, she was able to watch him work and interact with him now and then on their training sessions. She even had the chance to go to school with the princess at a private high school and even celebrated her sixteenth birthday.
The Senshi of that time thought her odd because of the way she was always watching the king and the princess act together. Like she had wanted something. Not to mention the animal that came with her- a gray and white wolf named Terran- had an uncanny sense of intelligence that they’ve only seen in the feline advisors. It turned out that Terran was really the reincarnation of a priest of Elysian. He is also the guardian of Elysion.

She was a descendant- one of the few left- of a sect known as the Trine Warriors.
This sect was the first and the last line of defense for Earth’s royal family, however the queen did not hear that part only the part of keeping her parentage secret.
It was the queen’s request that a DNA test should be done. This was the last thing that Elysion wished to have done for she wanted it to be kept a secret between herself, her mother and Terran. Meanwhile, youmas were mysteriously appearing all over the city stealing souls from the people.
On one day, Elysion had been out with two of her new friends when they were attacked. Threatened with death, Elysion awakened as Neo Terra Warrior. Though she was able to fight off the youma, she did not have the power to destroy it. It wasn’t until the Sol senshi came and did battle with it was it destroyed.
Not wanting them to know about this, Neo Terra left the scene only to transform back into her old self.
It wasn’t until later did the secret of her parentage came out.
This sent the queen over the edge. She had suspicions of this, but the blood test confirmed it. Some how, the results of the secret DNA test had slipped out to the media with a surprising reaction from the people. For the people of earth also recognized Elysion as a princess of earth as well. Some even remarked that she could be the true heir of the throne because they doubted the current princess with a crescent moon on her forehead could ever be a princess of earth. Terran also promoted this claim in his own way as did the Maenad Maidens who were surprisingly devote to the Earth line of succession, believing that if an earth born child of the king’s would precede over the moon heiress for earth’s throne.
Slowly, the once beautiful city was becoming tainted with more and more youmas. The senshi were running out of options in this battle because they didn’t know the source of this evil was. By this time, Neo Terra’s identity was revealed to the senshi by accident when Elysion had once again was caught between having to transform to save herself and others around her or face death. They had arrived just in time to see her transform. Since then she had become part of their fighting force. It was Neo Moon’s and Neo Terra’s mission to find out where the source was coming from.
It was only by luck did Neo Moon and Neo Terra discover that the source of the youmas was coming from the Neo Queen Serenity herself, having given in to her dark emotions and the piece of Chaos that remained with her.
After a long battle against her, the senshi remaining retreated. Those that had surrendered to their queen became possessed with the same sinister magic.
Needing someone to go back and prevent this from happening, Elysion volunteered to do it. She reasoned it was the least she could do and not be causality.
Agreeing to this, the Sailor Pluto of that time gave her a key and told her to concentrate on the right timeline and path.
Once into the vortex, Elysion’s mind had wandered and instead of going back into the past at the time before Eternal Sailor Moon jumps into the cauldron, she ended up a year after that in an orphanage. Though she doesn’t know that it is a year after the time she was suppose to be in, Elysion has made it her mission to keep the queen from turning evil.
Though, she wonders if in protecting the queen’s past self would she herself cease to exist?
Transformation and Attacks:
She holds her hand out where her henshin ring is on her right hand and says, “Chikyuu Power Transform!” a light would shine from the ring and red rose petals would fly around her as she is covered in greenish gold light. When she turns the cape is formed and her battle outfit materialized. Rose petals fly by her face forming her mask. The light fades away and she stands there with her sword in one hand.
“Rose barge!” saying this she points her hands towards the enemies and rose petals fly out towards them to blind them.
Side effect: All this does is blind an enemy. Depending on intention, it can cause a blizzard of rose petals. Since this takes little amount of energy it can be used often.
“Earth Spikes Berserker”
Her sword glows as she holds it out to the side before spinning with the sword outward sending shards- or rather spikes of sharp rocks- towards the enemy.
Side Effect: This will damage an enemy greatly and cause them to bleed heavily, however there is also a danger of her teammates getting injured from this attack as well. The Energy drain on Terra warrior does take its toll on her so this power is rarely used just because she doesn’t like the side effects and the danger it may present to others.
“Terra La Smoking Bomber!”
Similar to her father’s attack, She gathers energy in her hands and fires it towards the enemy. This causes an explosion on and around the enemy.
Side Effect: This attack can take out an enemy or at the very least the enemy won’t be getting up for a while. This is also one of the seldom-used attacks that Neo Terra has. Though, it’s used more often then her Earth Spikes attack.
