Not to steal Matthew's topic idea, but as I am now Ninian, I'm trying to create an avatar that's at least relatively close. This is what I've come up with so far:

In the first one, I'm not too sure about the scarf. However, in the second one, I don't like the exposed shoulders. I also don't like the lack of green, and I'm not too sure about the hair either. Simply put, I'm stuck. If anyone has thoughts or suggestions, they would be much appreciated.

You need bangs. I think a different eye-style might help. Blue gloves. I know they have some that come up to the elbows.The scarf is way off. Her shoulders are exposed. It's her neck that's not. I'm not sure what to suggest, there.

Gave her gloves, put something gold around her neck like in the official art, and gave her a different hair-It doesn't match color-wise though....

There's that Collared Blue Wrap Dress that matches the same color and top. However, the bottom part doesn't reach the ankle and has a slit on the side.

(Lucia, what is it you used around the neck in yours? I can't seem to find it anywhere.)

(Heath, I think you were talking about the hairstyle that Lucia used. I don't like how dark the blue is, and the gray is worse, I think.)

Its quite pricy and pretty much almost the same as others, just different eyes I also replaced that tiara thing with the Genie one and I found the white sash of Inari Beads. I also gave it brown shoes since I I recall seeing one of her pictures showing her shoe (which was odd if you ask me) and it looked similar to Lucius's O_o;;; But yea...if you wanna know the list here it is.

Looks like the only real expensive parts are the Pixie and two Inari's Beads. How much gold do you have?
