Hachiko Square is located in front of Shibuya Station. Its design is akin to most other common plaza designs and isn't particularly eye catching, save for a statue of a dog. That statue is that of the dog called Hachiko, who met his master faithfully every night at a certain hour. Even when his master died, Hachiko would go out there and wait for him every night. Being one of the busiest pedestrian scramble crossings in the world and hectic intersections, Hachiko Square has no benches or seats.
