First come first serve, and with this comes some suprises!
We are using a new battle system that we are thinking of incorporating into the guild battle phases. This is a BETA so please bear with us as we try this out. ^^;
Anyways, this is how it works.
1. Each person starts off with 100 Health Points (hp)
2. Everytime you post as a part of a battle, you roll a dice. First person waits for the Second person to also post.
3. Now both of you have rolled a dice. What now? You subtract the lower number from the higher number and the person with the lower number takes that damage to their HP. You roll 10, 10-sided dice to attack.
Ex:
P1 Rolls a 56
P2 Rolls a 67
67-56=11
P1 Takes 11 points damage, leaving him/her with 89 HP left.
P1 Rolls a 56
P2 Rolls a 67

P1 Takes 11 points damage, leaving him/her with 89 HP left.
4. This is where it gets tricky! If the first person rolls a high number, and the second person wants to defend, they can! They still roll a dice. If it is lower, their defense breaks, if it is higher, it will be a parry. That excess points will be added to the next attack. If the defense breaks, you can't defend for the next two "turns".
Ex:
P1 Rolls a 89
P2 Rolls a 78 Defending.
P2 takes 11 damage because their defense broke. Can't defend next two turns.
Ex2:
P1 rolls a 76
P2 rolls a 80 defending. Player two has 4 points parry!
P1 rolls a 67
P2 rolls a 65+4 from parry= 69
P1 takes 2 points damage!
P1 Rolls a 89
P2 Rolls a 78 Defending.
P2 takes 11 damage because their defense broke. Can't defend next two turns.
Ex2:
P1 rolls a 76
P2 rolls a 80 defending. Player two has 4 points parry!
P1 rolls a 67
P2 rolls a 65+4 from parry= 69
P1 takes 2 points damage!
P.S.: P1 can also defend.
