 A long and loud yawn echoed into the cool crisp air. The being of which the yawn belonged gave its head a shake before licking its chops.
Frey was alone again, as he always was and that was the way he liked it. Alone to sprawl out in the grass and do as he please, eat as he pleased. Though being alone all the time did hold some draw backs, there was never anything to do, never anyone to torment. And certainly no one to sink your teeth into. One needed to indulge themselves in senseless violence from time to time.
The male rolled over onto his back, glancing up at the cloudy sky with his cold yellow eyes. Finding no satisfaction in it he grunted, not even watching the clouds get battered around by the wind was entertaining enough. And so he rolled back over, pushing himself up to his feet, giving his body a good stretch.
"Let's see what's on the menu today." came his odd raspy voice, eyes narrowing as he turned slowly trotting off.

Tatsuya had gotten separated from the back while following a sparrow. He gazed around his ears following each and every sound as each foot step he took made him more nervous. Tatsuya wasn't familiar with this territory in the least, neither set of his parents had ever taken him here.
Sitting down he began to sniff, trying to catch even a faint whisp of a scent from his pack. How far had he gone after that sparrow and why hadn't anyone found him yet? Was he that unimportant or were they looking for him right at that moment.
A dog scent came to his nostrils. Tatsuya snorted to take it in once more. It certainly wasn't a dog from his pack, but perhaps they could help him back to his pack. Tatsuya hopped to his feet and began to pad towards the smell.

Frey had squashed quite a few spiders, as well as some other insects as he wandered along. It wasn't at all plesurable as killing something bigger, something that could prove to be a challange, but it was nice to have the power in his paws. He held the lives of the little insects, he chose if they would live another day or if they would die and leave the wretched world.
In the end he didn't quite care if he killed the insect or not, it was simply something to do while he looked for bigger prey.
It took a while, but he finally noticed someone nearing him, as his floppy ears flicked back, remaining as perked up as they could. The look upon his face remained quite serious, as his yellow eyes shut. He inhaled, taking in the scents of all that surrounded him. Trees, grass, bug guts, and something more.
His eyes opened, remaining in their usual narrow gaze. The serious look upon his features slowly faded into a far more sinister one. A devious grin peeling across his maw, he had found his first item on the menu for that day. "Come out, come out." his voice was less than trustworthy.

Tatsuya perked his ears to the sound of a voice. His first thought was oh good a dog they'll probably be willing to help, but his paw held back when his mind said move forwards.
Something just wasn't right about the voice of this dog, but agaisnt his instincts he approached Frey anyways. Tatsuya had never met anyone other than humans and bears that would see harm to him. He couldn't imagine a dog being dangerous unless over territory or food and even then he never expected them to attack him when he was just a puppy.
"Excuse me Sir, but I was wondering if you could help me find my way home? " Tatsuya wagged his tail just sure this male would help him.
