Well Latly I've wandering aimlessy around DW new pages and I've came across some Information on the Christmas special...
Well firstly Outpost Gallifrey's News Page posted the name of the episode as ' The Next Doctor'.
Then When I wandered onto the BBC Doctor Who website, I found this article in the news section. (spoliers much) Its a Discription of the start of the Christmas Special. "The Doctor arrives, hears a damsel in distress," says Russell. "The Doctor steps forward to save her... when this other man [to be played by David Morrissey] swings in, dashing, brilliant, amazing, clever, witty, saves the day. The Doctor says, 'Who are you?' The man says, 'I'm the Doctor!' Good scene. The Doctor becomes his companion. I like that. Sweet. There will be a beautiful woman too, of course, but really it's the Doctor paired with a new Doctor."
Well What does every one think? Me. Im hoping to god this isnt going to be like Journeys end > . <

I personally think It isent a Future version of the Doctor. Probly just a Fan of the Doctor's you know like the 5th Doctor Mentchened in "Time Clash" and Its probly just a Made up Begining to make people think its possible. It wouldent be the first time that they have made something up to keep the actuall story hidden.

Well, he has run into himself from time to time . . . Usually he argues with himself, insults his clothes, looks, etc. . . . Obviously, the boy has serious issues. The classic eps (with ungodly-unimaginative titles) involved are "The Three Doctors" (# 1, 2, & 3), "The Five Doctors" (a replacement actor for #1, who had passed away, 2, 3, 5, and a clip of #4 whose ego was too big to work with the others lol ), and "The Two Doctors" (#2 & 6--like most eps from #6's full-length season, it's gory & violent, NSFK, IMNSHO!). Just because they've never done an ep. with a "new" Doctor before a regeneration doesn't mean they can't. It would be fun and different. especially if the new boy's attractive . . . Mmm, double the scenery! And who knows how many future Doctors might be wandering around out there? I think we can safely say that RTD has lifted the "only 12 regenerations" limit (why? Blame it on the Time War!).

Well remember the Empty Child? That "The Doctor" was just a normal Doctor but kept everyone interested. _____________________________________________________ >>> <<<
