I read the new achievements for Halo three and some are only able to get after 9/25/08. So, when are the new maps coming out and for how much?

January. It will also be released with Halo 3 Recon for free.

The first three maps are going to be release with Halo Wars. The entire map pack will be released a week after the release of Halo Wars.

The Mythic Map Pack (i haz) was released yesterday along with Halo Wars Limited Collectors Edition. It will be released for download on XBL Marketplace March 31st.
