Brilliant rays blessed warmth upon the frosted lands, causing stiff glittering blades of grass to weep away the essence of morning dew and last of the bitter temperature that collided upon the earth over night. With a mumbled chatter a small filly skipped along the brightly lit lands being only a few hours after sunrise had lifted amongst the horizon. She was jolly pr usual, a deepened happy smile casted freely out to nature which welcomed her with a sleepy gust of wind, slowly dying down to a mellow cloudless atmosphere , peaceful, quiet with only the songs of singing birds chirping along in the distance. Today was beautiful, surely something beyond belief, there hadn't been such a finer day in weeks now and Taharial was happy to see the sky smiling once again with growing hunger she paused her skipping trail, lowering her head to nibble at the slippery green terrain for only a short while to at least refuel her energy for the day, Her mother always said to keep her energy up and to eat in an even routine to keep fit and healthy that way she would endure less physical problems when she was older, believing this Tah obviously did as she was told.
Finishing up, the spot in her stomach now filled to leave the little Angeni content she continued further in her travels, following the border of the dark, overly crammed forest, flickering her eyes to coupled birds tinkering with their newly formed nests and partners in effort to help. This made her chuckle, she always loved watching others get along it was something to really take into consideration, if you were kind to others then most likely they would treat you with just as much kindness. There was something unusual about today, she was filled with as much enjoyment as usual yet another feeling of what they called 'anxiety' slipped throughout her; Wondering she tilted her head and casted glances down to her hooves lifting them up one by one, then casting another set of glances to her out-stretched angelic wings, the dark shades of charcoal brushing silently along the suns rays. "Nope not that" she softly spoke now her attention directed to the path ahead of her. she had no idea what it was, that was wrong but whatever was in store for her she couldn't wait, she guessed today was special and she wanted to see why in much haste, but knowing all too well beggars can't be choosers, she let the day take itself in silent hope.

"It's a sunny, sunny daaaay! And I'm out here waaaaaaaalkin'! Oh yes, yes, I aaaaaaaam~! And Numi likes the sunnnnn except when it's hooooooooot. . . . but it isn't today and that's graaaaaaaand! Which almost rhymes with aaaaaaaaam but doesn't rhyme with hoooooot! Oh yes, it's a sunny, sunny day!"
Her little voice rang out, well and pure, albeit just a hair off key and awkward. It seemed the black and blue eyed filly had inherited her mothers love for song, and though she was young and still honing her voice, unlike her mother she had yet to learn how to become a lyricist. Mostly her songs were nothing more than ramble, prattle and otherwise narrated every movement and thought in her life, at that particular moment, at that particular minute.
It never occurred to the red haired filly that someone might object to such songs; furthermore it never occurred to her that many would much rather not hear her joyous songs about eating grass and chasing dandelions but the little one couldn't help herself. Singing was joy and Numielle was nothing more than a very happy soquili.
Thankfully for any woodland creature in the area, her song wouldn't last particularly long. Distracted by a small dragonfly, the little mutant squealed in delight and tried her hardest to chase the small insect. "Come back lil' buggy friend! Numi wants to plaaaay!" With her parents distracted elswhere and her sisters unreceptive to her games, too often was the little red head left to her own device. A dragonfly would make a great, albeit fragile, playmate. . . .
A shame it didn't seem to agree.
Bounding through the woods, it didn't take long for Numielle to lose sight of the little dragonfly. She slowed in her trot, searching around for any sign of anything, but found the woods to be ridiculously serene. Perhaps Penance might be around this day? Oooh, she couldn't really remember what sort of woods she had found him in but there was a chance this one was it! Or at least that's what she wanted hard to believe. "Hello?" She called out, her spiked tail wagging happily behind her. "Is there anybody out there?"
She wasn't far from where Taharial walked, with only a few bushes and trees keeping her from the black eyed filly. Her own wings flit and fluttered now and then as she moved, pausing to investigate a stray rock or flower here and there. "Numi's heeeeeere! Right here!" She announced with a giggle, spinning around once in hopes of meeting something that talked.
Nothing against tress, of course, or foliage but occasionally the little one liked to be aorund something that talked back.

A distracting, high wail wove between the lingering still air and hearing this Taharial snapped her gaze around to the direction it strayed within; ears perking up-right, her eyes set upon the tree facing her, a small grass hopper came into view, directly staring at it as for a moment she was distracted by the detailed little insect. "Hey there little guy, aww your so cute!" with a gentle call, the bug hopped onto her nose, she wiggled it its little feelers tickling the end as she chuckled, again the out burst in song, inspired the curious filly to peer aside the tree, that was funny, the voice was getting closer but there was nothing but more tree's and foliage... Were they talking? Had she finally developed the hearing to hear the silent call under all the visible voices? No... that wasn't possible, the silent call wasn't apparent it was a feeling, or so she believed was how the world communicated with its inhabitants.
Slowly, she moved forward her slow paces growing closer to where the other being was, it was a high pitched voice, not masculine at all, well at least it didn't sound like her brothers, but certainly not as gentle or as loud as her sisters, guessing, it was obviously a girl. This was another chance to make a new friend she thought chirpier, the soft breeze taking her tiny frame forwards like a gentle push to say 'go.' Taharial followed the instinct to check out who, and what was there, a happy, excited smile lifting along her lips with the cool glittered frost swiftly flowing along past her legs. "H-hello?" The little angeni called, slipping her gaze narrowly around a large evergreen tree to see if anyone was there, to her surprise someone was in fact there, she even looked a lot like her except with the few obvious alterations, her uni horn for example and the small sharp spikes attached to the end of her long thin tail, the beautifully spread darkened wings, painted with the rosiest red tips she had ever seen, her jaw slipped open only slightly, the dark abysses enchanted as she trotted out, but calmed herself, slowly approaching with a perky, enlightened atmosphere. "I hope I didn't interrupt anything... But I heard your singing, it was very good" she chuckled merrily, tilting her head at the other ivory filly, sweetly shaking her head as her mane fluttered aside her.
