Venom crawled along the wall of a S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters building, talking to himself. "Where oh where did the little spider go?" he asked himself as he jumped to the ground. "Where are you Parker, come out and fight us!" he shouted in anger, he was growing impatient and fast. An angry symbiote at a S.H.I.E.L.D. building had disaster written all over it.

Lucky for Spider-man, Venom had lost track of him for a little while, enough for Spider-man to gain the element of suprise. Atleast for the first attack... He scoped the area and noticed that it was a S.H.I.E.L.D. compound. It looked empty which disapointed him considering he may actually need some help. He looked around for anything that could make fire or sonic vibrations and couldn't find anything at the moment. Spider-man figured he would have to improvise as he went along...
Finally deciding to show himself after Venom's shout in rage about fighting him, Spider-man shot out a webline and attached it somewhere towards the top of the S.H.I.E.L.D. building and swung in behind Venom with his legs together and extended out, intending on a cannon ball kick on his back while saying, "Peek-a-boo!"

Venom soon felt a strong kick to his back which sent him in the air but he only smirked to himself. Shooting a symbiote web line out to one of the buildings he decided to take the same strategy, but improvising it a little. He went behind Spiderman while swinging on the web line and holding out his claws to scratch him in the back, shouting "Parker!"

Watching Venom swing around, Venom was still quick enough to get behind him and claw at his back. Luckily Spider-man was agile enough to try and dodge and managed to recieve as little damage from the swipe as possible. It tore through his costume and caused a trail of blood to seap out as Spider-man tumbled forward and get into a spider-stance across from Venom. "Alright Brock, you're about to get your big, slimey, toochie kicked!" he said as he fired a webline passed Venom, attaching it to a metal I-beam (metal bar) behind him and yanking on it so that it would fly into Venom's back if connected...

Venom took the hit into the back and flew towards Spiderman, his symbiote wrapped around Spiderman and began to consume him slowly as Venom got his bearings. "We'll kill you this time Parker, no excuses." he said darkly.

The symbiote wrapped around Spider-man's wrists and ankles as he was held in place, struggling to get out. "Ugh... Give it a rest already... It was your fault that you did the story on the Sin Eater, Brock..." he said to buy some time while he angled his wrist down towards the same metal I-beam that struck Venom in the back and pulled out it yet again towards the symbiote strands to cause it to snap and free Spider-man. He did one back flip and landed sticking to the wall of the compound. He then sprung from the wall and aimed a high kick to Venom's face...

Venom ducked under the kick and grabbed Spiderman's foot, slamming him into the ground and dragging him across it a little before throwing him towards another building. "How many times have we told you, our name is Venom!" he shouted in rage.
[Think of the end of the season finale of the Spectacular Spiderman, how did he defeat Venom?]

Landing flat against the building, he felt a rush of pain from being slammed onto the ground and slammed against the concret wall. He fell off of it and landed on the ground stomach first. There was a small imprint of his body against the wall as he pushed himself up off the ground slowly and made his way onto his feet. "Eddie... You're nothing without that symbiote... Underneath, you're just an insecure, hateful child..." he said trying to irratate Venom even more. With that said Spider-man shot a gob of webbing towards Venom's eyes to try and blind him temporarily...

"You know nothing about us!" Venom shouted in rage, taking the webbing in the eyes he was blinded temporarily, he couldn't tell what the spider was up too but he knew, he just did.

[I thought you were refering to the ending of this fight lol. I had a different idea of obtaining the symbiote but we could do it your way if ya'd like]
Walking closer to Venom in a more calmed way he stares at him and speaks with a serious tone. "I know you more than you think... After all, I was once you..." he said directing it to the symbiote. "You're strong enough with Brock as your host... But imagine a super human like myself as your host... We can become one again..." he said trying to deceive the symbiote...

Venom ripped off the webbing and noticed part of his symbiote travelling along his arm and attaching itself to Spiderman but the symbiote isn't an idiot and most of it stayed with Venom. Once Spiderman was in the black suit again Venom looked down at him "So, how does it feel?" he asked, expecting a punch anytime now.

Spider-man being covered in the symbiote once more, looked up at Venom with a smile on his face under his mask. He felt the surge of power over whelming him once more. Black suit vs black suit it seemed as Spider-man gripped his fists tighter than he normal could. "Looks like we leveled the playing field..." he said in a new more serious tone of voice. With that said he jumped up stronger than he normally could going for an uppercut to Venom's chin...

Venom took the hit to the chin and flew straight up into the air, he did a backflip in midair and fired a symbiote web line at Spiderman, catching him and pulling him up towards himself and punching him towards the ground.

Unfortunatly for Spider-man he wasn't as agile as he would normally be, now being consumed by the symbiote and all. However, his strength and durability have increased by a great amount which meant that the punch and slamming into the ground didn't cause as much damage as it would normally cause him had he not been wearing the black suit. He created a small crater, about 7 feet in diameter, in the ground once he landed and shook his head, regaining his composure. While Venom was still airborn, Spider-man grabbed a huge chunk of the earth that was boulder sized that flew up from the small crater he created and with his raw power he threw it up into the air towards Venom... "Incoming..." he said to himself with that same serious tone again
