Wow. Hes good but he could of slowed it down a bit more. I could hear some mistakes but overall, the boy is talented! =)
Edit - I wouldn't say prodigy but hes getting there. If he played it by ear then that's a different story.

But yeah. He's pretty good. ... eek My piano teacher was like that. I had her for 7 years. She'd hit my hand with a ruler. Really hard, and my parents didn't mind. They thought it was perfectly normal.

He's really good and all but how much you want to bet that his parents were immigrants and pressure his a** off to be successful in life and have straight As in schooling, learn the piano and/or violin/other string instrument, marry a [whatever ethnicity he is of] woman and have children?

But that aside, he has skill and will probably go far... assuming that he actually likes playing piano, not like the 10000000 other asian kids who were forced to take lessons >__>
