After nearly a week of being shut down to new forum posts and registration (while they tweaked things and scrubbed the servers squeaky clean of forum posts and Nano-mail) the NaNo website quietly relaunched to allow time to work out bugs, fix them and then watch how the site crashes in "new and exciting ways."
So you can now go and update your profiles to include last year's participation and "win" if you finished your novel. You can also post info about your 2008 novel and go to your regional forum to link up with people in your area.
Perhaps we should try and set up a Gaian sub-forum at the NaNo site?
