Pandora scrapped and dug at the earth about her, breathing deeply at the physical strain. She was exploring the underworld of Hal'ia, the maze of caverns and labyrinths that riddled the island she called him. As always, her trusty raven companion, Starck, was flying through the world above her, plotting where she was. Apparently, Pandora was very close to the Sandpinater Canyon's cliff face, and she was starting to panic. Pandora had only once before fallen down the Canyon, almost to her death, and decided she didn't not want to do that again. With a smirk and a snort, Pandora telepathically spoke to her chupacabra companion, Menolly... Menolly! We are going to surface now... there is no need to continue going on. And we haven't had a decent meal in quite a while. Let is start going up! Menolly smiled and wagged her tail, replying... Yes master Pandora! I will be right behind you! And with that, Pandora coiled her back leg muscles and began to shoot herself through the earth, it was much easier to move through the dirt than against it. According to her body, she was not far from the nearest outside surface. Pandora had a knack of being able to sense vibrations through her skin, and could tell that the pressure the lessening as she got neater to the outside. It would only be a couple more seconds now.

Pandora could almost taste the air now, and made one final push. As she rocketed through the ground, Pandora only had time to remember for a split second, that she hadn't asked Starck where she was gonna end up. To late to stop now, Pandora erupted from the ground with a fireworks of dirts and rocks. Menolly, who had been clinging to Pandora, was thrown into the air and landed with practiced ease onto Pandora's back. Pandora shivered uneasily, Starck was not around to be her eyes, so she had to use Menolly's sight, and she had an odd way of seeing things. Pandora dug her claws into the ground and swung her head around blindly before barking the order, "Menolly! Be my eyes, reveal to me exactly where I have ended up until that bloody bird of mine shows up!"

Menolly was staring about herself and awe and wonder, they were inside of a gorgeous mansion, but who's?! Menolly stared about and... right... in front of them was... She blinked and tried to fathom the sight the great purple Painter. Menolly squealed and gave her Master the sight she so desired so that she could see what she had just done... Pandora had just burst through the floor of someone's house...

Pandora snapped her head in the direction of Thor as she got Menolly's mental picture of him and smirked, "Lower your voice please, I may be blind but I am not deaf... yet... If you continue in such a way I just might become so..." Pandora turned her head to the floor she had burst through and so did Menolly so that Pandora could see the damage, "Terribly sorry about that hun, hope you can find some one to fix it... Not exactly my fault through..." At that, Pandora turned her head to she sky in sync with Menolly and called out, "Starck you blundering bird brain! I KNOW you are up there... come down if you please, I will not eat you... yet..." She smirked and swiveled her head back over towards Thor, "His eyes are better than my dear chupacabra's over here. You may even be more handsome than you seem now!"

Starck landed on the rafters of the grand mansion and stared down at the scene below him. He nervously hopped from one leg to the other, hoping his master wasn't to angry. He had failed to tell her where she was surfacing and didn't want to be... well... eaten. But after Pandora reassured him that he would live for now, Starck flew down and landed on Pandora's free shoulder. He looked over at Menolly and cawed, "Yo shiny! You can stop sending Master your distorted images... I'll take over from here..." Menolly sighed and moved off of Pandora's back and clinged to her front leg instead, "Alright Starck..."

(( MT is the panda right...? O_o it wants to eat a bird? ))

Pandora smirked and leaned back against her legs ignoring the dumb remark, "I did not exactly ask for your forgiveness now did I...? Therefore I am not at all obligated to do anything, since I do not expect to be redeemed in any way." She saw him lean in slightly then leap back at her order directed towards Starck. Then, completely out of now where, the new male painter kissed Pandora on the nose. She frowned and bopped Thor very lightly on his nose before smirking, "I felt it just as much as you could feel that..." She then pet his nose lightly, a silent apology for the "bop".

Starck is a very obedient companion, and knew exactly what Pandora needed done. He stood as still as possible and moved his head and body in perfect sync with Pandora's so that everything came to her in a single clear picture. Starck actually almost never needed to blink, so Pandora's sight went uninterrupted. Even when a drop of drool landed on his head, Starck did not move his head until Pandora said he could. After she consented, Starck stared up at the roof and squawked angrily at MT, "Yo! Dude! Drool on someone else's head!" At that Pandora swiveled her head up and cocked her eye ridges at the creature above their heads, "If you are hungry my dear, please do not eat my bird. I can get you something much better tasting, with less feathers...." She chuckled and nudged Starck with her muzzle jokingly.

Pandora smirked and cupped her hand under Thor's chin, "Apologies are for good girls Mr. High&Mighty. I am no such thing... but I will pay you for any damages I may have caused to your honored ego. Trust me my dear, I know what it is like to have your ego taken down a notch, no fun... no fun... at all..." She giggled like a little school girl and retracted her hand, turning her head down to Menolly. "What do you think my dear...? Should I stick around and help tall dark and handsome over there...? Or should I make one of my grand escapes while I can before I loose my head...?" Menolly giggled and chuckled blinking up at Thor, "He smells good Master... his blood smells like wine. Anyone who has blood that smells that good is worth loosing your head over..." Pandora gave Menolly a good hearted pat on the back and chuckled, looking back up at Thor, "Well, it would seem my consultant has spoken! Though I feel no remorse for your floor, I will help you fix it, mostly cause I'm in the mood to stick around, which is a rare thing in itself!" With an amused chortle Pandora stepped away from the hole a bit and dug her claws into the ground, feeling the vibrations of the world around her.

Pandora chuckled, "I'm very sorry good sir, but women of my stature hate to be scrutinized while working. Excuse me while I get this done..." And with that Pandora raised her hand and summoned a thick fog to surround the entire area in which she was working. Menolly, I'm going to need your eyes now, you can see through this fog better than Starck can... Menolly nodded mentally and took Starck's place as Pandora's eyes once more. Then came the easy part.

Pandora was very good with stones and dirt, and was very creatively gifted. First, to make a bottom to the hole, Pandora scrapped the sides and created a well placed land slide that filled the deep hole and created a foundation. Then, with a few swipes of her tail, Pandora gathered all of the stray dirt from around the hole and packed it back into the orifice. Lastly, using shards of tile and precious jewels from her "stone pouch", Pandora created a sort of mosaic on the bare ground, depicting a great thunderbolt with a sword piercing it. Stepping back to admire her work, Pandora dissipated the fog, but not before quickly and quietly hiding herself up it the rafters of the great mansion. She spoked down to Thor, lashing her tail through the air, "It is a pity we had to close the hole really... it would have led strait to the great underground lake I call home... but there you go. Its fixed..." Pandora huffed in contempt, and lay her head down upon the rafter beams, thoroughly tired from her job, but not wanting to show it.

Pandora sniffed and slithered down from the rafters, landing with grace upon the floor before following after Thor, "You need to stop jumping to conclusions my good sir. I do not live in the lake. My underground palace is built around it, really quite pretty, the reflection of the water against the diamonds... Though I wouldn't expect a sky gazer so understand the beauty of the ground you tread apon..." She chuckled and smiled turning her head this way and that, with Starck in tow, absorbing all she could of Thor's seemingly endless palace.

He is really a good man, how very unusual. As much as I hate to admit it, I've no energy to move much more... At that thought, Pandora stummbled slightly, but Menolly quickly came to her aid and righted her masters paws. Still attempting to make everything seem normal, Pandora lifted her head pridefully and strutted after Thor into the guest room. She paused and gazed about the room happily, it was beautiful... She walked to the middle of it and curled up, finally resting her paws. "Thank you greatly good sir..." Her head bobbed slightly as she attempted to stay awake. Pandora hadn't eaten in quite some time since food is scarce in the middle of the earth, and after the burrowing, plus the energy used to fix the floor, she was just exhausted; not that she could show her weakness in front of Thor of course...

Pandora threw here head back and laughed, "Mind your step skygazer, one day while watching your beautiful sky, you may just walk right over the edge of a cliff!" Pandora of course didn't mean this literally, it was an insinuation, and she did a mental shrug, not caring if Thor understood or not. She turned her head back to Thor as he continued and smirked, "Repaying a debt mmmm.... And if that is all you can tell, then truly, you can tell nothing at all..." She turned her head to get chef as it entered and cocked her head at Thor, "You me get on with you business then..." And at that Menolly jumped off of Pandora and clung to her foreleg, interrupting her in mid sentence, "Oh please do stay with us mister! Its not that often we get to meet another Sandpainter when we are underground all the time! Especially one like you! Do stay...."

Pandora huffed and frowned down at Menolly, "It is not polite to interrupt people when they are talking... and you are the only one in this family, my dear, that enjoys the presence of others. But.... since the offer has already been made," Pandora turned her head back towards Thor and quirked her eyebrows, almost hopefully, for whatever odd reason, she hoped that she hadn't offended Thor by being so dismissive, "I'm certain I can tolerate your company, seeing as you have such.... unusual... things to talk about..."
