Normally a collection is based on one idea or concept... which is what ties it all together. So if someone picked the Inari Beads all of their outfits would have to use at least one pose from that item, though it could be from any of the evolutions.

Other than needing to be inspired by an EI, their final collection would be entirely up to them to create.
Maybe entries under 50k or 25k would be more reasonable. 10k is a little too low with how prices of none-store items have inflated. We'd get a bunch of ugly hobo looking avis with a 10k budget.
