for talk of animus and mangos (saw some talk of it in the general talk thread)

Been watching Gundam 00, Outlaw Star, Samurai Champloo, and Witch Hunter Robin lately.

I'm a One Piece Funimation dub f**, even though the show's not defendable in any way.

Also, I will watch anything from Studio Bones, no matter how terrible.

I'm in the middle of Gurren Lagann right now, as well as Desert Punk and while not Animu, I'm watching Kamen Riden Den-O.

Was gonna watch Rurouni Kenshin, but there's an assload of episodes, so I'm reading the manga instead.

I also like the Funimation Dub of One Piece, but it's not so hard to like after watching the 4Kids version. I'd take the manga over both of them any day though.

I hate Kenshin's voice in both English and Japanese. Manga is the only way to go.

I can't stand One Piece in english. It hurts, physically. The Funimation version's better than the 4Kids, granted, but still.

Adversely , however, I can't watch Samurai Champloo in Japanese. So I guess I can understand.

That reminds me, I need to buy that on DVD.

I've been re-watching Cowboy Bebop and freshly watching Full Metal Panic. YAY FOR PANY SHOTS FOR NO APPARENT REASON.

Outside of what I have listed, what is a good non-mecha anime? Most of the ones I watch suck, so I need guidance.

I really liked Welcome to the NHK, though.

Gintama is a great show.

Gurren Lagann is the only thing I really enjoyed these past few years.

Watching Code Geass to see how s**t tastic it is is rather amusing though.

Oh yeah there are new episodes of Gintama I need to watch. I remember stopping when Gin and that boy went to save his sister and Gin, the old man, the gorilla, and that last guy had no toilet paper.

"The Twelve Kingdoms." "The Vision of Escaflowne" has Melefs and Guymelefs which are more steam punk, but it's the characters and story it focuses on more than giant robots.
Other than that, "Zombie Loan" isn't terrible. Oh and "Slayers' and "Sorcerer Hunters" are great as well.

After I watched many times my "realistic" fighting/martial arts animes (Hajime no Ippo, Baki the Grapple, The world greastest disciple: Kenichi), I kinda stopped watching other animes.

I am trying to watch Sword X Gun for now.

You cannot take Code Geass Seriously. Kallen(or Karren) and CC are wim, though.

Yeah they are.

The series finale for it was ******** great though so happy they did something like that to Lelouch I just feel bad for his sister.

I think watching Rurouni Kenshin is worth it. I thought it was great. The last few episodes were pretty good.

Geass honestly is very confusing much like Eureka 7.

Never ever got into One Piece. Still don't understand the fan-dom.

Cowboy Bebop. I need some sort of DVD box set. Emphasis on need.

Need to watch Witch Hunter Robin from the start.

Really dislike Desert Punk.

Currently watching Gunslinger Girl and Black Lagoon.
