About 20 minutes ago, I was at the G.X. I was followed by a level 134 who said he had been my partner from the Shield of Arrav (SP?) quest. I told him I didn't remember him becaues of how long ago I had done that quest. He asked if I wanted to join his clan, I said maybe.
He called me into his clan chat, then another person there, which I bet was just a lvl 3. told me the clan's website. After a few minutes of searching I finnaly found it. I clicked on the 'Join us' button and it brought me to a link and a caption 'Click here to view our topic on the Official Runescape Forums' I clicked it, but the address bar remained the same. I copied the quick find code at the bottom, went to the Official forums, and found out the topic didn't exist. I went back to his clan chat and said 'Nice try >_>' within 3 seconds 'so and so has logged out' and 'You have been kicked from the channel'.
It just goes to show you how far some people wil go to get what they want.
Scanned my computer with AVG, I'm clean.
