Please follow these rules to keep everything running smoothly!
- Please do not create any threads without first asking permission! All logs, locations, and threads for OOC chatter will be created by myself. If you wish to have a thread for private RP, please clear it with me first; I usually prefer that you keep such RP in the locations where they take place, but there can always be exceptions.
- Do not post in logs without permission! This should be a no-brainer. The logs belong to the owners, and they ultimately decide who posts where. Don't ask me for permission; ask the owners.
- Keep all RP PG-13. This is not just my rule; this is Gaia's rule too. Follow it. :3
- Do not ask for a Neilani Exchange Student! If you truly are interested in becoming a host (And I tip my hat to you if you are), you can wait for a flatsale or auction like everyone else. :3 If you want to be notified of upcoming flatsales or auctions, please send a friendslist request to me.

Labeling Key:
[L] - Log. These will be to record the happenings of individual Neilani.
[G] - On Gaia. These locations are HERE, in the Neilani embassy on Gaia.
[C] - Complex. These locations are within the complex that houses the Neilani side of the Gate that connects Neilan and Gaia.
[N] - Neilan. These locations are scattered throughout Neilan.
[OOC] - OOC thread. Nothing said here will count toward actual RP. Go nuts.
