As i think some of you may know, I just started my first year of highschool.. and of course I have physical education; my favorite class. But... since i lazed around the whole summer i'm way unfit. It's only 3 weeks into the quarter and i've already: sprained my ankle, pulled a muscle in my leg 3 different times, and bruised my knees. Although on the contrary, i'm the most active kid in my PE class, i'm the fastest runner, and i push myself all the way every day.

So, I'm going to find little ways to get healthier and such.

Why i decided to do this is, i've been asked to join 3 different sports team (Track, cheerleading and volleyball), and i don't want to keep over tiring myself during PE, so i'm going to start become more healthy.

Well first off..
My diet is mostly things that aren't suggested to eat (fast food, tons of sodium and sugar, and low amounts of protiens and potassium.)
I usually dont worry about what i eat, since I can't put on weight what so ever, I'm underweight by 10 pounds, and look anerexic... but there is nothing wrong with eating healthy foods and cutting back on foods with tons of grease and such. ALthough I need to change my diet anyways, because of my food allergies. I need to cut back on the amount of pasta and bread I eat, and the amount of dairy i eat daily... Since I have a gluton allergy and am lactose intolerant.

Secondly,
I need exercise! I'm a couch potato! But i also love the way i feel after I excercise. Over the summer, i lost weight because all my muscles turned to fat (muscles weigh more than fat) which could be why i'm underweight. And according to my BMI(body mass index), I should weigh anywhere between 105-107 pounds... but I weight 95. So building muscle can help me gain those needed pounds back.


Sorry about the rant guys had to get it off my chest. i've been thinking about it for a while now.

I know, me too.
I took fitness next semester, because it doesn't involve any sports (I suck at EVERY sport imaginable).
But now I'm thinking about switching it to guitar, which I REALLY want to learn.

MARIBOO O_O I'm a freshman this year too o-o. And I'm like the 2nd-1st fastest in my class too XD. O_O I hurt myself so much as well D: Not fun :[.
You know people think im anorexic too o-o; Which I'm not :O. Computers FTW<3

O_O I weigh lighter than you. Im 90 pounds... o-o;;. I love fast food. I don't gain weight off of it thou haha XD
