One of the largest cities in all of the Earth Country, located to the west of Keikoku village. This city houses an attraction unlike any other area in the world. Situated within the center of the city is zoo with animals that have been caught all over the world. Tourists from all over the world come to see the amazing animals that have been discovered. This city has had problems in the past with acquiring various animals associated with various families associated with the shinobi world.

Running towards the city, he noticed it was a big place he making it of a perfect place to fight, many things around there area. People, a zoo filled with animals, builds of different sizes, these people would think such an area is lovely, but it would all be destroyed for Shitake cared only so little about it. He would than building hope his way up to what seemed to be the tallest building within the area, he knew Carsaik would follow shortly behind him so waiting was unnecessary, for at least he hoped. Shitake stood there with his arms to his side looking in the opposite direction of the entrance Carsaik would take. To some it would seem like he had his back turned because he thought such a shinobi as Carsaik was pitiful, though he really did think so, that's not why, he simply did it for the amusement to find out what he might do. Though he played this small little game with him, he let his guard down none, with any shinobi, he'd never do so... Still once he would enter the scene he spoke "YOU... Can call me Techi" He figured he was not going to listen anyways since he wanted to get this fight over with, but he thought maybe he'd let him know anyways, regardless to whether he listened or not.

Falling from above, Carsaik landed on the ground creating a large crater underneath himself, causing mounds of dust and dirt to be scattered in throughout the area. It was an intentional loud and obvious entrance. He wanted no excuses during this battle. Turning his back towards Carsaik only brought the grim reaper munch closer into the boy's life. When the boy would die, he would die lonely death knowing that there wasn't anything he could do to prevent it. This is how Carsaik wanted things, and it was the very reason he wanted no interference in this one. The Kaguya could do what he wished, however at the end of the day the lives of his entire organization depended on this battle. Should the Kaguya die, Carsaik would destroy each member of the organization regardless of who they were fighting at the moment. It was as simple as that. In many ways he would be doing them a favor, as the Flame Shinobi would do away with them eventually. Not to mention there was the Agnikage, and his two advisers who would completely slaughter both Xzaro and the Kaguya. However Carsaik decided he would do away with these guppies himself, saving Kazumei the chakra and time.

"I can careless what your name is. Let's' get this thing moving, I have the rest of your organization to destroy."

Names were irrelevant as well, he cared not about the name of the very man that would die at this hands. He was just another dead Kaguya. They were weak. Which was why they were destroyed so many years ago by the shinobi of the Mist Village. It was survival of the fittest. Weak shinobi such as the Kaguya were not fit for this shinobi world, and so was the reason why natural selection had wiped them from the face of the planet. In other words, regardless of what the boy had said, it was meaningless. His entire clan's history had been deemed them as weaklings, victims of a failed coup d'état and Shitake was their living legacy, for whatever it was worth. From there he would began walking towards the boy. Slowly his hand would be brought upon his weapon It was time to begin this thing. They had spent to munch time on the irrelevant. From there Carsaik would began walking towards the boy, bringing his right hand behind his back where Saigatsumune lied behind his back. Ribbons of chakra would continue to expel from his left arm excitedly, constantly swirling in large waving streams. Without the slightest hesitation or hint of warning, Carsaik would beam off towards the boy in blur speed, constantly dashing from side to side as he neared melee range of Shitake.

"Your people weren't fit enough to live in this world....in my world. Get ready to join them!!"

Shitake turned around as the shinobi made his entrance, he was a bit disappointed at the fact that he held back, but he figured what ever, a fair fight is a fair one, if thats what he wanted. He also figured if any of the people within his organization was to die, they were to die so easily, they were not meant for it, it was funny how his mind worked. He simply did not care for them, but at the same time recognized them. Only if they went down with at least a fight, he would congradulate them later. Shitake rolled his eye's as he spoke and gave a boring looked as he still kept talking, he wanted this to be done and over with. Shitake did not care about the past, the Kaguya that died were nothing but savages who had no mind, if they did, they would still be here today. He dispised the weak, and they were weak, he had no care for a legacy, he was the new one, he would not try to redeem that clan of his, he tried to redeem his parents death. Shitake than wated as the shinobi charged in for attack to himself he walk speak "Finally."

His moves were not as fast as he would think them to be, Shitake could see his every move easily. He could also keep up with him in his normal stage with his weights on, he was as fast as Carsaik would be. Shitake was built on speed naturally from not only his clan that gave him the advantage in speed, but his ways of training as well with his weights. Carsaik would make his first mistake in charging in on him, especially if he would try using tai jutsu, it was evident that Shitake would win in that range regardless to his little flames he thought so highly of. Without hesitaion a mist would cover the area at the same time he decided to make his dash, he would make the feild his advantage from the begining, whether or not he could see through the mist, it gave a good help to Shitake however it would work out. Shitake pulled his old S.S. blade out, once Carsaik would reach Shitake's location he'd already be gone by the time he reached him. Since Carsaik could move as fast as he could at this point, he would be able to spot Shitake on the same building but about 20 feet away already charging at him, though the mist would play his disadvantage in this part. He would hold up his opposite hand that did not hold the blade which was his left. Since the mist was in play he would not see the tiny bullet sized bones homing in at him, they would be fired at the same time but in 15 differnt locations. Since he could shift his fingers in any direction please that would be in front of him, the bones would go in that direction. He fired bullets twice from each finger, but each going a differnt way than the others, however, not only would it surround his jumping space to not jump in time there would be more coming directly at him. It would be near impossible to dodge since he was already coming in plus they move as fast as bullets.

Carsaik had not even began to use the peak of his speed, especially if it wasn't required. The battle was just beginning, and there had been no reason for it to be summoned. The Kaguya was assuming so munch, and Carsaik was feeding him so little. Weighted training was one of the oldest methods in increasing one's speed, however one would need munch more than speed to win this battle. Skill, finesse, strategy, these were great key factors that were majorly taken into consideration during a battle. Speed was an attribute, and if it was the only thing the boy had with him then the battle would end munch sooner than he would think. The next mistake the Kaguya had made was deeming himself at an advantage in close range combat. It seemed all Kaguya believed this, and perhaps it was involved in their downfall as well. The world was munch bigger than the clan of the Kaguya, and it was something the boy could only learn through his death. Carsaik had kept his eyes directly upon the boy, and the Mist Devil had a direct lock upon the boy's chakra. The moment the boy would move, he would let off an additional burst of speed causing his form to vanish as well from the area. It would take some time for the mist to cover the entire area of such a size, so this gave Carsaik some time to see through the areas that hadn't been shrouded in fog. As the bone bullets neared, each of them would be greeted a similar sized force.

"Ominokotsu: Senbon Nakuta" A voice would speak out, followed by a small chuckle. They resembled senbon, however they were munch darker in size. They were solidified versions of Ominkotsu, a power that only resided within Carsaik's kekkei genkai. These bullets were actually smaller, but solidified versions of the black flames which added piercing power to them as well as retaining most of their burning power. Each of them were fired in tens, and by the time they were released approximately twenty of these dark bullets were fired altogether. The dark flame senbon were munch thinner and sharper in size, compared to the bone bullets who's tips were more blunt and rounder at the tips. The dark flame senbon would pierce straight through the bullets, melting through them and completely reducing them to ash. Fifteen more of these senbon would raid their way towards the Kaguya, scorching their way towards where the Kaguya stood. Suddenly Carsaik would land upon the building, slamming his feet into the building causing cement and debris to fly towards Kaguya. Raising his left hand towards the Kaguya, the surface of his fingertips would blacken with the enhanced fire chakra of his kekkei genkai before firing off another barrage of these dark flame senbon.

The sleeve that gloved his hand and fingertips would be incinerated the moment the flames were released, causing the rest of the sleeve to slowly burn away with each oncoming moment. Should these needles come make contact with the Kaguya, they would rapidly eat through is body by piercing through him while carrying their burning power with them as well. Like the Kaguya's bone structure, these spiritual flames were his weapons except in this battle they would prove munch deadlier. The Kaguya would soon learn that it would take extreme work to push this Ashitaka into a situation that would deem him impossible to get out of. If he expected a simple attack as such to hinder Carsaik's movement, then the boy had better quit while he was ahead.

Shitake would prove to be much faster than this Carsaik fellow by far, no question on it (Body Archive says it all). It was one thing Shitake loved to practice on, and he always used it to his advantages whether or not it would win him the duel or not, it would prove very useful at one point. Shitake didn't only rely on speed either, he was a lot smarter than one would make him out to be, he would be foolish to think he wasn't. Weighted training might have been the oldest, but it would always prove one of the best, followed by a separate training method, combining two or three methods together equals great speed. Assumption was out of the question, facts were always put to play by a great mind who watches before action. Shitake followed Carsaik's every movement he made, Shitake's eye's might not have been anything special, but for damn sure, they could keep up with a lot, even if he lost track of one, his senses were among the top league. Shitake showed no sign of slowing down when he charged in for his attack, the bullets would indeed hit the bones, however they wouldn't keep the speed that Carsaik would think. His bones were a lot stronger than he thinks, the heat of that fire would not touch the bone long enough to melt it and even than it probably would not melt away so quickly, he seems to be forgetting that his bone can be more than twice as strong as any other, followed by endurance. Colliding in the air would only block each other out, if it were some sort of different battle, than maybe his theory would work. If by some stroke of imagination it did go through, it would be because of the sharpness of his jutsu, however, jutsu because his jutsu was sharp and Shitake's was dim it meant nothing. The jutsu, "items" were to small, plus his bones were not that weak, his jutsu would be knocked off course and would slow down dramatically if it went through. Though, seeing the rest of Carsaik's jutsu coming at him Shitake knew not to fire anymore of them, so placing his left hand down was the better decision. His jutsu coming straight for him was easily spotted, by Shitake's eye's, if he could see it he could dodge it, with that said, he did what could be done, he made his way through the jutsu. The ones that might have been a bit to close together, he risked nothing, so he took the outside than made a separate path from before charging in of the same angle. As the debris and all would be shot at him at the same time his jutsu was fired, it would be dodged along with his jutsu, any dust particles would be avoided by squinting his eye's a bit, it was not full protection, but it did get him through.

The man was thinking what Shitake wanted him to think, mistakes were slim to none of what Shitake had done, risky might be more of a useful word in this situation. When Shitake got through all of what this Carsaik had fired at him, he would reach him, one might think a jutsu was better, but Shitake had other means in this situation, his old S.S. blade he pulled. It was held in his right hand in which he already had behind him so as he approached him, he brought it down as the tip would run through the building top. He would than swing up upwards at the shinobi, it was an obvious miss so a reaction was what Shitake waited for. Whether it was a dodge or a block Shitake was on guard, even against a reversal he might pull and if he would dodge and move, Shitake would follow, regardless to where he went. The slash upwards was not the final attack by him, regardless to whether he missed or blocked, his left foot would swing around giving him no time to reverse the attack if he had planned to do so, but if he was going to move and run, the kick would have not happened. Anyhow, it would be a roundhouse going for his left neck side as his eye's continued on watching him, turning his head when he had to as quick as possible.

Carsaik would prove munch more accurate than the boy had expected. Body Archetypes only served as basic measures of where a shinobi excelled towards at chunin level, meaning that there was no set guarantee a taijutsu specialist would defeat every single shinobi in taijutsu who's archetype lied outside of taijutsu. Some shinobi exceptionally excelled in one area at chunin level before branching off into their own personal style after reaching jounin level. In other words, being a speed demon was what separated one chunin from the next just as intelligence separated one genin from the next. They were individual stats that prepared one for the rank of jounin, and they were responsible for giving them direction before that rank was achieved. It was a shame a shinobi who ran an organization failed to realize this. So in reality, Shitake wasn't as fast as he thought he was. Speed was something that one had to moreover demonstrate in battle rather than being declared. When it involved Body Archetypes, Carsaik had been categorized as a Myrmidon.

One who had for the majority relied on power to drive their attacks. Speed demons were indeed some of the fastest shinobi, however they were more designed for assassinations whereover myrmidons were designed for head on battles and it would take more than a simple blindside to defeat someone of Carsaik's calibur. This was the first reason why the Kaguya's attack had ailed against the Ashitaka's. The Kaguya's bullets used the bones of the finger tips, which were very blunt at the tip, giving them a more bludgeoning effect than a piercing effect. The senbon were indeed focused on piercing power, and with them they carried the intense burning temperatures Ominokotsu, which was compared to that of a dying star, enough to eat away at the insides of the finger bullets as they pierced through. Something exceeding these temperatures were not required to stay in physical contact with bones for them to melt, especially when additional pressure was added due to the impact.

This was the sole reason why they lost little momentum as they passed clean through the Kaguya's bone bullets. They would leave some of their physical make up behind due to the force of impact, however not enough to be fully dispersed. As the the Kaguya's blade was swung through the air, it would suddenly be brought to a fine stop. Carsaik had allowed the blade's edge to collide directly into his cursed fist, causing a small shockwave to cave in the building underneath their feet as a result of the collision of the two forces. The result of the shockwave was enough to send both the Kaguya and Ashitaka sliding away from each other, thus canceling out the Kaguya's opportunity for the roundhouse kick. As the dust settled in the air, his form would gradually blur from as it thickened.

"What do you say we skip the warm ups and get right to it. It's time we crank things to the next level, that is if you have it in you."

He grinned. At least he hoped the Kaguya was only warming up. If he was serious, then it would be indeed time for him to quit. Carsaik was only testing the man's capability. If there was one thing, he enjoyed a good battle. He preferred an opponent that would give it their all, this way the battle progressed munch further towards the conclusion, leaving them with the line drawn between the stronger and the weaker one in the end. In this case, they had spoken of killing kages and destroying villages. He was starting to believe the man was exaggerating a bit on these feats. As Carsaik stood his position, the fire chakra would began coursing through his body now. As the mist's decreased temperatures in the area, Carsaik's own body temperature would increase due to the fire chakra emanating from his entire body now.

"You claim to destroy villages, kages, but you can't even destroy one single man. For your sake, I seriously hope you were telling the truth because if you aren't........well I'm sure you can use your imagination. You're good at that." He referred to his fantasy like boasts of himself and Xzaro.

Shitake, or Techi now that he knows his name, loved his imaturity when it came to fighting. Body archetypes may be as he has stated, but what he failed to realize is Techi has trained in it all his life, he continued to excel in it rapidly, even when he was training on something different, where as Carsaik was Myrmidon, he did things differently. The man looked no older the 20 years of age, about the same as Techi, if he did begin working his speed, he would not be old enough to have exceled in it over him. If they were on this body archetypes as mere genin or even chunin, Techi would exceed the mans, though he would not know this since in his head he thought differently. The man might have been strong, Techi may be underestimating him, but he was not going to take it easy on him, this man thought it differently. What also did not bother Techi is, if his jutsu did not work before, it did not matter, he already got through it and that was that, no need to worry upon it any longer.

Techi would no longer worry about who might be faster, he would use other means and all within this fight, mind power and physical strength. Speed demons might have been used as a assassination shinobi, however Techi was different, he was also smart as he had creative inteligence, he could do both at whatever time. Seeing Carsaik able to block his blade with that cursed fist alone meant that there was indeed a certain type of chakra fusing that arm, in other words, it meant Shitake had to watch out for it in tai jutsu and ninjutsu. The moment he had blocked the attack, he felt that he was still holding back, Techi was not holding back at all, in fact he wasn't doing the complete opposite, but he did give him enough to feel his skills. Techi was one who did not use chakra to fight his battles, chakra was there as a back up plan if something did not work, shinobi in now a days failed to realize that. If he wanted to use chakra Techi would go ahead and let him do so, Techi stuck to his style in fighting. He might be a missing nin and all, but he was still wise, Carsaik wanting to use other means in fighting was alright for Techi, but Carsaik would not be wise in doing so.

The blade hit his fist, but not hard enough to cause the shock wave, so all that happened afterward would not happen. His grin, his words, the dust appearing through the air, the thought of him thinking Techi was merely warming up, all of it gone. Techi seeing his arm coming up meant his entrence into tai jutsu must be changed. When his arm came into contact with the blade Techi loosened the grip of the blade and let the handle rotate through his fingers. With that, the blade went in circles to prevent complete contact with his arm ending up in front of his throat. He would thrust the blade forward attempting to kill him there, every move Techi made would be an attempt, regardless if its an easy dodge. Though, Techi would make it a bit harder for him as his left palm was faced towrds Carsaik"s stomach ready for 1 or 2 things. Words were a needless thing in this fight especially if it was not important like the words that were cut off...

It would be meaningless for the boy to dwell on such things, so the best thing was for him to move on instead of worrying about an attack that had already passed. Besides, Carsaik had moved on and was ready to progress things further. Everything would remain as it was, and there was no changing things. Speed Demons and Myrmidons excelled in their own areas, and they gave each shinobi particular advantages. Carsaik on the other hand had built himself around the Myrmidon. Unlike Speed Demons who were designed for assassinations, Carsaik was designed moreover for the mercenary styled kill. He defeated his opponents head on and head on only. He despised the sneaky kill, and preferred to make a mess of things. He liked things dirty and nasty, his type of kill. The up close and personal type of kill where the enemy could be well aware of what happened to them when they died. When the light left their eyes, he could imagine see that the hell he sent them to seemed like heaven after he was done with them.

The moment the boy's blade came flying, Carsaik's left hand would knock it to the side with a sweeping diagonal chop across the blade's edge while the side of his left palm would plow down upon the boy's incoming hand. Where the average shinobi would have been caught off by surprise, Carsaik had been grinning all the while this was happening, and his words were completely finished without a moment's loss of focus. Once the attacks were canceled, Carsaik had an idea. He had been giving the Kaguya a chance to reveal the power he used to destroy kages and villages this entire battle, the only thing the Kaguya succeeded in doing was disappointing him with bluffs and boasts. Carsaik decided that this battle wasn't going any further, and the only thing he had been doing so far in this battle was toying with the Kaguya.

Bringing his hands together, he performed a series of handsigns before clasping both hands into a handseal. "Oto Dandan" He whispered beneath his breath before bringing the handseal over his mouth. Suddenly a raid of bullets would be fired off towards the boy. These bullets were composed completely of sound and chakra. The technique had worked by concentrated the sound from the area before dividing and molding them into smaller fractions of itself. It was a technique that could not be seen nor heard, and happened fast, traveling at the speed of sound.

First things first, the man was expecting so much of Techi, but Techi was not going to give it to him, why show the power you use to destroy villages when your just going to destroy one man. Situations like that took a lot of jutsu and chakra, followed by a well made plan, in this situation it was a futile, it was a one on one match. If the man wanted to think he was bluffing and boasting, than so be it, the match would end entirely different the more Carsaik doubted Techi's power. The mans ignorance was bliss to Techi himself, his hand blocking the blade, logical... Everything else, not possible in the situation and given time. His arm moving up to block the blade would not give him time to move his hand back down to knock his hand away. Techi could easily perform plenty of things in the given time he gave him with the speed of his bones.

The next thing Techi would do was do what this shinobi would fail to block in time, standing in front of Techi this close without trying to move was very stupid on his and making a mistake that could have been well avoided, now he must deal with the consequences for the pitiful mind the man showed he would have. While he was focused on blocking the blade first he fired finger bullets into his stomach, five of them to be exact, what was worse it was impossible to dodge. Due to the range, the bones would get to him in .0 seconds, for the moment it would leave from his finger tips is the same moment it would hit his stomach since it was that close to him. Once again dodging would not work, not to mention a shied of any sort would not form in time to block them. If the man had been talking, Techi had not been listening, it was as Techi thought, meaningless words in a fight should not be spoken, and his words were exactly that "Meaningless."

What was funny is, if Techi had let the Carsaik form hand seals up close to him, Techi would have been a fool. He would have easily been attacked and an easy kill for Techi would have taken place for him, it was sad that Techi did not know he was going to do so...

Finally the battle was beginning to grow interesting, at least for Carsaik. For anyone standing on the sidelines watching the battle, it would seem that the Kaguya had the upper hand. His position, timing, and everything would appear perfect. Everything that happened in the area happened for a reason. The boy had been playing into the Ashitaka's hands the entire battle, and now it would cost him. From the very moment he entered the battle, Carsaik had been playing him. They were in point blank range of each other, allowing each other time for only so munch. He had planned his attack perfectly. Yes, just the way Carsaik preferred it. The bone bullets were indeed fast, not to mention they were in point blank range when they came. The Kaguya was right, there had been no time left to block or dodge this attack and the only possible way to get avoid it was if he were a speed demon himself, and even still the chances would still be slim to none. All five of them would hit their target in five solid thuds, piercing straight into his abdomen. Blood would sputter from his lower abdomen and Carsaik's teeth would grit as the bullets sunk into their target. The nerves within his abdomen had been damaged, as well as some muscle tissue on the outer edge of his stomach.

However, there had been some things the Kaguya had not taken into consideration when moving into close range combat with Carsaik. He had been a speed demon, and his attack had very well reflected this. On the other hand Carsaik had been a Myrmidon, and he had been a Myrmidon to the core. Even to the point of where he would intentionally receive damage to kill his opponent. Carsaik had never stopped the completion of his handsigns after he had performed the Oto Dandan, not even when the Kaguya moved in on him nor when the finger bullets were fired. The smart thing for the Kaguya to do was do something about Carsaik's hands, however he had aimed for something irrelevant to the attack which was his stomach. By the time the Kaguya had finished the attack his entire body would be barraged by sound bullets.

Each of these bullets were composed of high frequency sound and very sharp. Each of them would slam straight into the Kaguya's body, piercing through and throughout his body. From his face, torso, and even abdomen sections, the Kaguya's body would be riddled with hundreds of holes. It had been far too late to perform substitution or even use his bones as a last minute defense. Sound traveled far munch faster than the boy would be able to react, and at point blank range it made this attack many times munch more fatal. The Kaguya had made the mistake in attacking rather than defending himself from the attack already in play. As said before, Carsaik was a Myrmidon at heart. He leaned towards pure offense and would allow himself to be injured in order to kill his opponents, no matter what the costs. Winning was everything, and nothing else mattered even if it brought him towards the edge of death.

The Kaguya's fate was sealed, and there was nothing that could be done about it. Blood continued to seep from Carsaik's stomach, and with his right palm he pressed it against the wound. Meanwhile his own injuries had nothing on what the Kaguya was looking like at the moment. The man's body would look as if he had gotten gunned down by a machine gun at point blank range. This was a good lesson on why one should bring their all to a battle instead of putting pride first, which answers the question the Kaguya had posed earlier. Why should he use the power to destroy kages and villages. The answer to that question would be lying before him, the death of Shitake or Techi had he preferred to be called. The Kaguya's body had been so ruptured with holes, that he would barely have the ability to speak any last words. Carsaik glanced down upon him with only a blank look, followed by a small grin.

"Maybe you possessed the power, or maybe you didn't. Now it doesn't matter, you'll just die and we'll both never know."

This was true. The man would die not knowing what he could do. Rather he had been boasting of his accomplishments or simply trying to boost his own confidence, it failed him in the end. The only thing these boasts succeeded in doing was disappointing Carsaik, forcing him to kill him off without allowing the boy a second chance to redeem himself. He had been giving the boy chances this entire battle, and this was his last. Besides, he was only putting the Kaguya out of his misery, for he had been delaying the inevitable the entire battle. Now he would be laid to rest, and the rest of his organization would soon die by Carsaik's hands just as he had promised him.

The battle had already begun a while ago, it was maybe not as interesting, but not once should or could Carsaik leave his guard down. Everything that has happened thus far may have been played into Carsaik's plan and indeed he has quickly gained the upper hand. When Techi's attack connected with Carsaik, he was for sure that this man would have been down or sent back, but it did not go that way when it was supposed to, Techi questioned it a second time. Carsaik attempted to block Techi's attack but he failed to do so, but instead of attempting to dodge, he formed hand seals, Techi should have been all over it, maybe he was. Though, even when his bones did not work how he planned it to work, damage was still done, those bones within him would cause intense pain on him later on, especially with them sitting there in his body. If he did not get that treated soon, he would be infected with diseases and all, it is bone from another human entering his body, not only that the area in which the man was hit, may not be a fatal one, but it was a painful one. How he was able to cope with the pain was still a bit unclear to Techi. He noticed his moves did slow down as well due to the mist, but it was all for nothing as Techi was hit. The battle indeed became more interesting, but for Techi probably a bit to interesting, his jutsu was fast and he saw that he did not stop completing the hand seals. There were no tree's around the area so substitution indeed would not have worked, the situation had happened fast, for he seen it coming, but it is as he has said, there was no time to block, nor was there time to dodge the jutsu. Techi's eye's grew wide as he was sent flying back a good 5 to 10 feet by his jutsu, it was a bit more powerful and he knew why Xaoh was down and out by this jutsu.

The pain had been almost unbearable, It would seem Techi had been struggling to bare with the pain as well as trying to stand up. Cracks around Techi's body would begin to form as it would seem he did all he could to stand up, though he would not stand up. "How... How is this possible?" Blood would come from the mouth and all areas that he was struck upon, it all came so quickly, the battle had only begun. "You, you... will pay." There was time left for Carsaik to say something, but it must be quick as Techi's eye's began closing as he looked at the man holding his stomach to stop the blood from escaping, at least he did some damage to this man. His chakra had been slowly fading away and all seemed to be going against Techi, his body was becoming of no more. How is it at the same moment the battle would finally become interesting to Carsaik, the same moment Techi's fate has been sealed by him? Techi had not begun to use the peak of his powers, yet he'd probably never see it, but he would here about it, it was sad... Though, something was weird about Techi's body, on his face was a smile, even after his so called death he had a smile, this showed that he must have completed something he wanted to do, or set something he wanted to set. It was all so strange, but it was what it was, a body that was no more.

((Great battle, for a short one. I expected nothing less or more. I'll be putting Shitake Kaguya in the deceased thread. I'm evaluating each battle, so I'll be deleting my ooc. Again, good battle you two.))

The scuffle between he and the Carsaik had been fun while it lasted. But at some point it had to come to an end. The bones that lied in his stomach were approximately an inch exact considering they were fingertip length. The pain it caused him was no doubt stinging within his abdomen, however it wasn't enough to hinder him from maintaining a battle. As the Kaguya's body sent flying, Carsaik focused fire chakra into his left palm and he would began digging through the flesh of his wound until he would find something. The process alone sent jolts pain through his stomach as there were a few broken nerves in the area. Finally, he would reach the five embedded bones and he would pluck them out before tossing them one by one. The process alone took a few seconds. By the time he released his fingers, the wound would be sealed shut as result from the fire chakra burning the would shut. It would have to do until he could receive medical help once he left. As the Kaguya began struggling to speak, Carsaik said nothing.

There was nothing for him to say. He had already said what was needed. Instead he, he only spat to the side before glancing at the body. Carsaik gave a small smile before fixating his eyes on the surrounding area. Ever since the battle started, there were many reasons why Carsaik had known he would seal the man's fate. Still even through death, the boy believed that there was some string of hope left for him to continue. Carsaik had already played his hand in this game, and it was checkmate. However Carsaik had heard about his little visit in Konoha. He had heard about their attempt to destroy what's still alive and running. Not to mention, the boy would be completely out of chakra being that he pushed for a technique that required the curse seal of earth to activate. It was known as Dance of the Seedling Fern, an ninjutsu that when used caused an entire forest of bones to erupt from the earth.

Such a would just about every single ounce of the boy's chakra, leaving him with absolutely little to no chakra at all. This technique was used by a missing-nin Kaguya, who had been in the second stage of the curse seal. In other words, required not only the curse seal, but it was also required for him to reach the second stage of the curse seal in order for him to use such a technique. This battle had been over with, and there had been nothing the Kaguya could do to escape his imminent fate. As his soul would leave his body, Carsaik vanished from the area and appeared upon one of the nearby higher buildings. From there, he would began channeling chakra throughout both arms. Though the Kaguya had thought he planned things from the beginning, Carsaik had been one step ahead of the game the entire time. For one to face of against him, they would need to bring more than just speed to the plate and the only thing this Kaguya had succeeded in bringing was disappointment to Carsaik.

((This is why I am not dead Reon9, another thing is you said I was charging in at Carsaik, but I was there already, reaction time from already being there and charging in are different. Tsumuro, I must say before hand, this is also why I am not low on chakra as you presume.)

This battle was not over, but it was not far from over either, things had only just begun in Techi's book, for any book in that matter. First in for most, Techi was not hit by accident, he was hit purposely, lets take a trip back to when Carsaik had performed his jutsu. When he blocked his blade he blocked it and attempted to block his hand in which he didn't get to it in time so instead he decided to use a jutsu or more so planned to use a jutsu after he did so. Techi could have easily avoided the jutsu Carsaik performed even if he was in point blank range, for he had to do hand seals and speak his words for the jutsu. Even if he had used the jutsu at the same time he would perform the hand seals while Techi attacked, Techi's was in point blank time, something Carsaik did not keep in mind. Carsaik might have been in point blank range, but his jutsu took time to be performed, something Techi kept in mind when he put on his little act of being hit. It is as Techi said before, why would he be a fool to let such a thing happen, maybe because he had plans to back all he had up. Techi was no fool and he would not go down so easily or so quickly by one who made assumptions rather than facts, this man thought Techi had been on his death bed "WRONG."

It is true, Techi had been in Konohagakure, but he did not consume much jutsu, he had only performed 5 to be exact. 1 being a jutsu that took little to no chakra at all, a single bone came from his body. 2 The hidden mist skill, taking only a little bit more chakra than the regular skill that was only "C" ranked. 3 had been his bone cage, though, once that jutsu is used, chakra would be absorbed once trapped inside. Though it was only for a little amount of time, he gained a bit of chakra back, at least for his first technique used. 4, his bone forest, it would seem Carsaik knew little of the Kaguya as that jutsu did not take up as much chakra as he would think. Kaguya Kimimaro back in the day, fought 3 opponents using more than Techi did himself, way more to be exact, used this jutsu and was still able to use more jutsu, the only reason being unable was because he died before finishing his fight. Finally, 5 which took up chakra from him, but typically as stated before when in that village, it bothered him but not to a maximum extent. Not only that, but making his walk up here, he would regain chakra, Techi was more than able to use a lot more jutsu than this man would think he could use. Last but not least, he does not have a cursed seal, he has what he calls a staged 2 Kaguya form in which like his strength and speed increase, he also gets a chakra increase, but only within that form, Techi was far from done with this fight.

Carsaik's downfall was the thought that Techi was dead, thought this is exactly what Techi wanted this man to think, Techi did not die, he simply gave the impression of his death. Techi was not shocked by his technique and he was not trying to get up either. Next, he only spoke to make his death more realistic, in this case a big success it was, Techi had used a jutsu this man had failed to see. When Techi was hit, it indeed hurt for a second or so, but the moment he was hit, he was already activating a jutsu "Dance of the Living Dead," a jutsu which is performed a lot different than a substitution jutsu. The user can step out of his own body structure as his own skeleton structure, reforming a new body around him. When Techi was hit, his organs and all was hit which is why it caused a lot of pain to his body, but once again he had a plan for that as well. When Techi gave the impression of getting up, he was cutting the ground beneath him, which is why he picked the roof top as his battle ground, for this exact moment, him cutting the ground is also the reason the ground would crack beneath him. Techi had planned this all, and in which, this is the same reason Techi smiled before his death. When Techi fell into the building, he was in his stage 2 Kaguya form. His speed had increased as well as his strength and chakra. The reason being for his chakra loss in the body above the whole was because Techi slide out of that one, he did not know that the man could see chakra, but he had a hunch when the mist was formed and speaking of the mist, it was sad that he would not notice his death when the mist did not fade. Carsaik's body would only slow down dramatically, 2 post had already went by, but he was on his 5th, detail will be said later in the 5th paragraph.

This man played into Techi's hands like it was poker, the bluff was set right, he played his cards when needed, and Techi allowed this man to think he had the upper hand, for this moment. When The man looked around he would hear a voice behind him, Techi was 5-10 feet behind this man. "This fight ends here." As he would hear him bones would already be forming around Carsaik's body to be caged by his jutsu. This cage was a lot more powerful than the regular form of Techi's, this cage can withstand heat up to hot or even hotter than the sun depending on how much chakra he put into it the first time. We all know how hot that can be, but, it can be broken down if the bones were to freeze or insects such as the Aburame Clan. It could possibly be stopped by a Hyuuga, but his situation was different, he used none of them. Since this man thought Techi's fate was sealed, his reaction time would be cut by more than half, Techi could have probably easily killed him with a different process, but he wanted chakra in which he would take from Carsaik himself. What was dangerous is, once he did so of even before, Techi would seal his fate, the tides of this battle would quickly turn, but this man would soon be in for an even bigger surprise, this was only the beginning of Techi's plan and most likely the least of his problems.

"You wanted more of me, is this what you were waiting for?" Another smile appeared on Techi's face, the jutsu Techi just cased would be another impossible jutsu to dodge, he was caught off guard, plan and simple. Plus with him think Techi had died, just as he planned it, he would be more than sure to get caught in the jutsu. Last the mist, as stated before, in the 3rd paragraph, he could not focus correctly, not only that his chakra would be all over the place as in he could not focus it correctly. The inside of his body like any other human would feel cold and he would only begin shivering due to it. He could not focus his chakra the way he would like to due to his shivering and what not due to the jutsu. What would have been the downfall to this jutsu is it effected his teammates as well, however, they would not be around the area giving Techi free rain over using this skill. Dodging this jutsu as stated before, was impossible, Carsaik was vulnerable at this state and since it was just him and Techi nobody could free him from the jutsu. Techi had to keep his hands on the ground. Though, this was only the beginning of all that would happen to this man.
